“Sip is the best of the Region. I have loyally always eaten the Not Your Kids Grilled Cheese and love picking a coffee from their wall of seasonal drinks. I always have a great experience here and make sure to come once (or twice) every time I'm in Northwest Indiana.“

“I like to shop at the Whole Foods store which is only about a block away from this Starbucks inside the Target store. I get my hot English Breakfast Tea and a heated Blueberry Scone when I visit this Starbucks and every time it is just right. The staff is friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the areal.“
“I go there at least twice a week for the sake of my children. Never had a negative experience. The manager I see sometimes [Ms. Turner] is friendly and professional and notice that her staff follow her lead. The one time a particular order had a mistake and I took it into the store, a correction was promptly made, and an apology tendered. I'm happy to recommend this particular location.“
“This location has the lowest price on the happy meals in area. With tax it's $5.09 for a 6 PC nugget happy meal which I really appreciate considering I have an 8 year old who loves her chicken nuggets lol! The staff is friendly and fast as well and the food is hot and tasty too. Repeat customer for sure!“
“Hands down one of the best customer service recoveries I've ever experienced. I had ordered a mobile counter pickup at another location for breakfast, but upon trying to enter the location (South Holland), it was locked. I left there and made my way back to Indiana. I inquired about how to receive a refund, and the manager at this location was super cool and understanding. Her and Jai'Khala (sp) were superb. Thanks“
“Sooo I place a mobile order on Sunday. The cost was over $15. I had several drinks. I paid through the app but when I got to the store no one was there. It was completely empty. I was annoyed. I went back on Monday and the manager was pretty amazing. He apologized and upsized my drinks. He even threw in donuts. I’m thankful for how he handled it! He went above and beyond to make things right. ??“

“The food is very very nice looking very presentable. It is a great place to take your loved one on a date or your daughter on a date. Very girly place. Looks very nice lot of pink everywhere. It’s a little expensive but everything is very nice looking and actually taste good too.“
“I have been here many times, and I find the coffee, food, and service exceptional. Mostly young people working hard and always cheerful. The chairs are comfortable, and the atmosphere is laid back. Having read some comments about forced tipping, this has never happened to me. I have always gone inside, so I can't speak for the drive-thru. Inside you are given the option of tipping, either with your card or putting something in the tip cup. I had grown tired of Dunkin', and Starbucks is more expensive and less friendly, in my opinion. For now, the Highland Biggby is my go-to place for coffee.“
