“I always go to the Culver's in Griffith to get my Mom the North Atlantic cod dinner, with onion rings. She loves the fish, because it's not too salty. I went through the drive thru, and the customer service was really nice. Her spirit was sincere. She was very pleasant. When I experience good customer service, I do my best to share, because sometimes niceness can go a long way, especially if someone is going through something. The food is not too bad either. “Workers are great, quality is awesome. I understand peak times are from like 6pm-10pm, but the absolute madness that occurs on 45th during this time is unbearable. Several vehicles waiting for the drive-thru line both eastbound and westbound on 45th. This is a hazard and needs to be addressed!“

Not that there's a whole lot of difference, but the way they conduct the sandwiches at this location is more satisfying than some other locations I've frequented.“

The manager I see sometimes [Ms. Turner] is friendly and professional and notice that her staff follow her lead.
