“I came threw the drive threw at about noon. I was first greeted then told there is no pop available at the time . Long story short the drink I decided to order was not up to par due to problems in the kitchen. Although there was chaos everyone was doing everything they could especially the head manager at the time . Good job guys keep it up“

“I pulled up in the drive-thru at about 9:58pm. (Online it states they close at 10pm)
I came in the window in a panic only looking for a dark soda. I first apologize for being so late. Then Ms. N explained on Friday at Satrdurday they closed at 11pm and she would be happy to help me. I placed my order and even though I was only purchasing a soda she did it with smile. She also invited me back and explained all the orders are cooked to order; and she would be happy to help me.
Customer service was topnotch. And I truly appreciate it.

“I had one of the most wonderful experiences there!

I felt like such a nuisance because I was going back back-and-forth about whether I wanted a refund or not.

For context, I was picking up an order for a pregnant friend and trying to navigate their cravings as well as a busy staff.

My manager was very nice, even threw in a cookie, she’s very understanding, even though I was confusing her!

If you’re willing to wait for quality food, then you’ll have the best meal ever!“

“Easy to find. Lots of parking(though the parking lot is full of horrendous craters!)
The male and female food peppers were quick and polite.
The four stars is because the female cashier definitely needs a class in customer service. Bad days are understandable and hating your job is a real thing, BUT at least pretend to not dislike everyone at the register.

“So I'm not an avid fan of KFC, but decided to try them again. Stopped here for a lunch break. Ordered a 3 piece extra crispy chicken meal. The mashed potatoes were great, even the biscuit had a little pizzazz! But the chicken itself was a bust. KFC back in the day had its own flavor vibe. One bite and instant party in your mouth. Now, not so! If KFC does not evolve its recipes for their chicken they will meet the same fate as other fast food chains.“
