Went in around 11 left around 11:25 did order on a screen and you can pay with cash. They make orders fast and you can get a drink of water while you wait. I definitely recommend a milkshake. Very friendly employees and there are open bathrooms. Tend to not be busy and the open and closing times make for a good late dinner.
This restaurant is awesome especially because my cashier, Tiffany, has an amazing personality. She goes out of her way to remember who I am. She further efficiently clarifies my order to make sure it is correct, even when she is busy. She is always happy to be present at her job. Tiffany genuinely impacts my decision to choose Steak N Shake (at this location in Merrillville, IN) over the hundreds of available dining options nearby.
