However, in Northwest Indiana it's very hit or miss at the location at 725 W 81st Ave. next to Meijer.
They're very inconsistent, and I'm currently drinking a barely warm Dark roast coffee I just got from their Drive thru.
The wife is getting groceries at Meijer, and has agreed to correct the crap coffee from Starbucks with a coffee Cabin coffee from inside Meijer. For the record, I'll pass this Starbucks up and will go to Crown points Starbucks from now on.

They are patient and helpful, especially with customers who have disabilities. The customer service is phenomenal, and the staff is quick to resolve mistakes, such as mobile orders sent to the wrong location. The food is hot, and the drinks, including Matcha and mocha, are great. The staff takes pride in putting a smile on customers' faces, and they are quick to make things right when mistakes happen, often giving coupons for future purchases. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company has great customer service and is a favorite among customers.
