Terrible... how hard is it to include the cheese... on cheese fries? Literally ordered just a burger and cheese fries. Got the burger, and fries... no cheese. Its not rocket science. No wonder this franchise is failing.Not to mention that it took me to say something (standing in front of the "Pickup Here" sign) 5 minutes after I got there to be recognized. All while staring at my (incomplete) bag order in the back the entire time. What's the point of "Pick up here" if nothing is placed there?

Self serve wasn't well received by our group. The last time we had service and servers. The food was just acceptable. Can't even get a soda without having the entire order paid for. We had a group of 7 people who had never been there before. So almost the entire menu had to be explained, plus then had to enter it into the computer.
