“Celebrated a friends birthday there last night and had an amazing dinner! The entrée of braised short ribs melted in my mouth and banoffee pie could not be beat for dessert!“

“The first thing I'll say is that the customer service was awesome!!! We had the fish and chips and the classic American cheeseburger. The food was really good. We really liked the atmosphere and you can hear the game loud and clear on the flat screens. I can say we will be back!“

“Went to the Valpo location this morning and brought my mom along. Was a first time for the both of us. While the food was good, service was excellent, however, I ordered the meat lover this morning which was 3 scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, hash browns and sausage. The only complaint I have was the eggs. While they were good, it was only like 1.5 eggs. did not seem like 3. Thats my only complaint. Thought about ordering a side of eggs to make up for it, but decided against it. Other than that, it was delicious. I will be back for sure.“

“They don't have enough people working here. You might be waiting a while for your order. It's best to call in. But then you gotta worry about how long was your order ready before you came to pick it up. I really hate food that was fried, but it's been sitting in a bag steaming.“

“The food is delicious (both the smokey roasted chicken and fajitas are enough food for a couple of meals. I always bring half home for lunch or dinner the next day. If you ask, they will give you a couple of rolls/cinnamon butter, BBQ sauce, or extra tortillas to take home with your leftovers). They have friendly servers and management, TVs playing sports available, County music playing in the background, free Peanuts (self serve), small area with video games, kid friendly. The only complaint I have is that I ordered a raspberry margarita and it definitely lacked tequila (if there was any in it, I sure didn't taste it. The margarita in general tasted kinda watered down). I will not be ordering any more prepared alcoholic drinks there. I'll stick to a beer, sweet tea, or water.“

“I came threw the drive threw at about noon. I was first greeted then told there is no pop available at the time . Long story short the drink I decided to order was not up to par due to problems in the kitchen. Although there was chaos everyone was doing everything they could especially the head manager at the time . Good job guys keep it up“

“Had never eaten here before attending a memorial lunch for a family member yesterday.Wonderful buffet,many choices-we had perch,beef and roasted chicken.Fresh veggies,good salad,roasted redskins,excellent rolls and very good ice cream for dessert.Table service was excellent,our waitress was friendly and professional,and we did not feel rushed(you know how people linger to chat at gatherings like this) .I highly recommend this venue and will be trying their restaurant again.Also had very clean bathrooms! I am late, but I had to mention the waitress at LongHorn in Merrillville, IN. My son, the birthday guy, along with me and his sister, decided to celebrate with 8 of his friends at LongHorn. Sasha, our waitress, was super nice, patient, and understanding with all nine teenagers. The food was great; even the hostess at the front was super polite. Excellent experience. Thank you, Sasha!“

And from what we’ve noticed you are ready to hear customers concerns. Sadly to say some customers will say whatever they have to say to get a free meal.
