“We got brunch for the first time and it was better than expected! The pancakes were the best we’ve ever had, and they give you warm syrup on the side. The biscuits and gravy was delicious. The tater tots were crispy and seasoned SO well; the waitress said they’d be the best we’ve ever had, and she was right! They even have a bar so you can get mimosas. The restaurant was clean and they played great music. We will definitely be back!“

“We typically love it here. However, we had an easily avoidable issue yesterday. The app only allows the "call ahead" for up to 6. We had a party of 12. So, we called the location to ask if they could accommodate a party of 12. We kept getting placed on hold by 3 different employees only to be told they can't give a time estimate until we are physically there (15+minutes btw of employee after employee). Okay, we pack up and head there. After arriving we are told they can't even sit the 12 of us together and it's a 1.5 hour wait. What a WASTE of OUR time. I understand the wait is based on the customer traffic. But if you guys know you can't sit 12 together, TELL US OVER THE DAM PHONE!!!!!!“

Tonight my mom in law and I split a slab! 🔥🔥 I'm a "tester" of ribs...and believe me when I say....I will ALWAYS be going for these EVERY time! NO sauce needed!! (And besides....I'll be supporting my son while he works there 😍). We met the owner, he asked how we enjoyed our time. “Stopped in with my boyfriend for a jumbo all beef Chicago style hotdog and two chili cheese dogs for lunch. Everything was delicious and hot! Service was great! The woman preparing the food was friendly and quick to bring out our food. We'll be back! Thank you!“

I left the bar after talking to a man who was completely cool with me and help him get a menu(she's not paying attention). She eventually took the order and at the end I made an obvious joke, that I needed a new beer(I did). And I jokingly said he'd pay for it. She flipped out.“

“well I'm really torn on if I should recommend or not... most of the time the food is fine but when it comes to fundraisers they are really really horrid. let's put a box out and not put anything on the box so the majority of the people have no idea about tossing their receipts in there for a cause... im pretty sure they make enough money where they can put something on the boxes for the customers... if they are so scared about losing money don't even bother... yesterday I was there around 4 and not one person threw a receipt in the box.. I was the first.... second fundraiser and second time unless you already knew, had no idea about it.. .“

“Came in 4/3/26 around 7:30pm for dinner and drinks and the service was wonderful. They were busy, we had to sit in the very back, the atmosphere was nice. Our waiter was a middle aged black guy whose service was impeccable. He was thoughtful, attentive, and kind. I thanked him personally at the end of our meal for all of those things.
The food! We were at the bowling alley here in town and I told my boyfriend that being that we couldn’t bowl - if we were gonna eat - Bridges has way better food. (I’ve only had appetizers in the past.) We got the xl “Super Bowl” pizza (and my personal favorite Gator poppers) and it was so flippin good! So much so that we will be ordering it for take out instead of getting from Aurelio’s or Squigis. Really the pizza was great. I’ve found my new spot and the price was right at our price point. Everyone is ridiculously expensive and their quality hasn’t changed. This was excellent quality at a fair price point. We would have gotten one pizza for the price of our family size and an appetizer. Cannot beat that! I heard on Facebook that they have wonderful pizza but I just wasn’t sure and was iffy about trying it for some reason, so glad we did. Highly recommend.“

“I just happened to crash out in Lansing Illinois for the night. This place was right down the road from my room. Had an old school look and a comfortable feeling. The bartender that waited on me was an absolute doll. She took great care of me. I got the twisted turkey sandwich and the rueben quesadilla. I really wasn't expecting much, but let me tell you they were both fantastic. They obviously only use grade A ingredients and it shows. If you're ever in Lansing illinois, JJ KELLEYS is a must stop.“

“We ordered the cod dinner on 1/29 and it was delicious. However, when we sat down in a booth we noticed an elderly lady struggling to walk up the icy sidewalk from the parking lot. When the young man brought our food we told him about it and suggested someone spread salt on the area. He was nice and thanked us for mentioning it. However, in the 45 minutes we sat there no one followed through and actually salted the sidewalk. Not good, Culvers.“

“I had heard they had prime rib tacos, I have never had prime rib tacos. I guess you can only get them on Wednesday so I called and ordered carry out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The taco itself was absolutely delicious! So savory and moist. I am glad I ordered 3 of them. I will 100% be going back.“

“We always love the food from Cracker Barrel. This last visit was unfortunately not very good. We had to continuously ask for syrup for the pancakes and then when they brought them, they brought the wrong kind as we needed sugar-free by the time they did get it to us pancakes were a little bit better than lukewarm. The eggs were not cooked the way we had asked. The service was very slow and although all this sounds bad, we will of course be going back because most of the time it’s good service and good food. We were at the Cracker Barrel in Merrillville, Indiana.“

“My server Irene was nice and very attentive. She suggested a couple of entrees. The Billionaires Bacon Burger was satisfying and the Sweet Potato Fries were delicious!! The Pineapple Habanero Wings were a solid 10/10. They also have the coldest Draft Beers I've ever had so that's definitely a plus. The atmosphere was comfortable. I genuinely recommend you give them a try.“

“went there for the 1st time last Saturday for Nomad Planet show . Fantastic venue ! Very cool vibe great art work really good food ..had a taco and amazing pulled pork slider that was huge and delicious. We look forward to future shows ! we'll definitely be back .“

“It's always a pleasure to go to Old Town the white people treat you so good down there the food is great the drinks is a reasonable price it won't hurt your pocket so I try my best stay away from black owned club because black owned club black owned places are too high and too expensive they hurt black people pocket so old town is the place to go I'm keeping all this 100 💯“

“Visiting the area and family wanted us to try their brews as one of their favorites. Tried a flight of 10 beers and favs were Tangerine Trackstar, Toxic Words, Lucifer in a haze, Immoveable King, Nuban overlord and the top one Here comes the reaper. We also had the Pretzel and queso for snacks. They were very good and fast. They also had ice tea which is not always available at breweries. I will say the art work gave me pause and some of the names being a Christian but I don't know the background to comment.“

We had the guacamole as an appetizer and it was delicious and beautifully presented! My husband had the Sacramento Burger with Cajun Fries & I had BBQ & Buffalo Boneless Wings with Fries. Our food came out quickly and we enjoyed our meals. We will definitely be back! We are not members of the Country Club and we love that we get to eat here too! The members we met here last night were very friendly and welcoming.“

“We have never had any bad experiences here. When we go through the drive thru we always hope it’s the gentleman that always says “Welcome to Pops, what’s your beef?” Not sure of his name but he’s definitely great at his job. Food is amazing and always fresh, the season fries are the best!“
