“Let...me...tell...you......🙌🙌🙌 I've been here a few times....and the last time they ran out of these...because they're SOOOO good! Tonight my mom in law and I split a slab! 🔥🔥 I'm a "tester" of ribs...and believe me when I say....I will ALWAYS be going for these EVERY time! NO sauce needed!! (And besides....I'll be supporting my son while he works there 😍). We met the owner, he asked how we enjoyed our time. Of course we mentioned Austin is ours, he had nothing but great things to say about him! He said we have a good one! JC is an amazzzzzing server!! 💖 If you haven’t been there....go! You will not be disappointed! 😘“

“We typically love it here. However, we had an easily avoidable issue yesterday. The app only allows the "call ahead" for up to 6. We had a party of 12. So, we called the location to ask if they could accommodate a party of 12. We kept getting placed on hold by 3 different employees only to be told they can't give a time estimate until we are physically there (15+minutes btw of employee after employee). Okay, we pack up and head there. After arriving we are told they can't even sit the 12 of us together and it's a 1.5 hour wait. What a WASTE of OUR time. I understand the wait is based on the customer traffic. But if you guys know you can't sit 12 together, TELL US OVER THE DAM PHONE!!!!!!“

“We were first timers at Frank's and very pleasently surprised. We got the roast beef sandwich... Delish! and pulled pork sandwich. With the good selection of BBQ sauces on the table, it was nice to try a couple different options. I stopped at the 50/50 sauce. It's a perfect blend. I would say some of the very best I've ever had. We definitely see why Frank's is so popular. Great portions and flavor like nothing we have had in the past. The service was extremely friendly and fast. Our food came out piping hot. Great experience and we will be back. One thing I would warn, if you order hot peppers/giardiniera it is VERY hot. I think it should come with a warning 🙂 You would be smart to order it on the side and taste it first 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️.“

“Was recommended this restaurant from a friend. The maple tree and did not disappoint. Made a reservation online easy. Their menu is awesome, simple and delicious. Crab cake was perfect! Our dinner was fantastic. We had trout and shrimp. They have the best banana pudding over crème brûlée. The coffee for an end cap was out of this world good!“

“First off, I ordered because Kevin sent me lol. I got the cheeseburger and a pupusa. The flavor was really good!
The only small thing I noticed was the cheeseburger was a little soggy, which might be because the toppings were on the bottom of the bun. Also, $10 for one pupusa felt a little steep. Maybe a couple medium-sized ones could make it feel like a better value.
But overall the taste was great! Just wanted to share some friendly feedback. Keep up the good work!“

“We were hesitant about trying this restaurant after moving into the neighborhood. Reading the reviews helped. 😲 when I say this food was 🔥, we devoured the large turkey tips w/hot links. Everything was hot and fresh! Fries were still crispy with the sauce on them! Turkey was melt in ur mouth delicious 😋. No leftovers, we ate it all in one sitting. Woo woods is our new bbq joint! Will definitely be back. Today. Hopefully.“

“We dined here today mainly due to having a gift card. My husband opted for the 9oz filet with mashed potatoes and macaroni & cheese, accompanied by Sprite. I chose a peach sangria and the 7 pepper sirloin salad and loaded baked potato soup combo. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere was a welcome respite during our Christmas shopping in the snow. We appreciated our friendly server, quick service, and the good food, which exceeded our expectations and made us want to come back. See you next time Longhorns!“

“The first time I went in I ordered the three piece catfish dinner. It came with fries, coleslaw and corn on the cob. What I was surprised with was the packaging. It was placed in an aluminum tray and packaged so well that I was highly impressed. My food was prepared by the male chef. It was delicious. I was so impressed that I told my neighbors. The next time I ordered a lady answered the phone and took my order of the same first order. Her customer service skills were poor and the same order that I ordered before was a disappointment. The fish was not crisp and packaging was a plastic bag. The real cook who was chef that cooked my order should train the staff in their cooking skills. I haven’t been back. If a standard is set customers will be faithful and tell others about the food served and the quality of customer service.“
