“We were first timers at Frank's and very pleasently surprised. We got the roast beef sandwich... Delish! and pulled pork sandwich. With the good selection of BBQ sauces on the table, it was nice to try a couple different options. I stopped at the 50/50 sauce. It's a perfect blend. I would say some of the very best I've ever had. We definitely see why Frank's is so popular. Great portions and flavor like nothing we have had in the past. The service was extremely friendly and fast. Our food came out piping hot. Great experience and we will be back. One thing I would warn, if you order hot peppers/giardiniera it is VERY hot. I think it should come with a warning 🙂 You would be smart to order it on the side and taste it first 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️.“

“Served us excellent BBQ dinner with high-quality, tasty meats (brisket, pulled pork, and turkey). Very unique tasting BBQ beans, Brussel sprouts were flavorful, and we even enjoyed the Cole slaw. We really enjoy SPICY BBQ sauce and both the Bombers (HOT) and ATOMIC (VERY HOT) did not disappoint. Good portion sizes and we even had meat leftover, which was still very tasty for the next morning's breakfast.

“Catfish dinner was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Still piping hot when I got home. Fries were delicious. A real side of coleslaw, not just a tiny pill cup. My dinner was packaged with care. Even gave me hand wipes, packaged plastic ware and REAL napkins, not flimsy toilet paper squares. First time customers get a free drink. I will definitely return. Very clean.“

“We typically love it here. However, we had an easily avoidable issue yesterday. The app only allows the "call ahead" for up to 6. We had a party of 12. So, we called the location to ask if they could accommodate a party of 12. We kept getting placed on hold by 3 different employees only to be told they can't give a time estimate until we are physically there (15+minutes btw of employee after employee). Okay, we pack up and head there. After arriving we are told they can't even sit the 12 of us together and it's a 1.5 hour wait. What a WASTE of OUR time. I understand the wait is based on the customer traffic. But if you guys know you can't sit 12 together, TELL US OVER THE DAM PHONE!!!!!!“

“I always get the rib tip & chicken wing combo with the mixed sauce on top, and I must say, they never disappoint! A straight 10 out of 10! The customer service is really nice and the cooks always do their thang! The place stays packed because the food is just that delicious! Well worth the wait! 😋“

“The food was simply AMAZING … the best kebab platter I have ever had … and the hospitality shown by the owner Zozy was wonderful .. she was super friendly and provided us with wonderful service. Would most def go here again as the food was just too good… it was packed with flavour and absolutely food coma worthy … the meat platter is drool worthy and the fries are the best I’ve probably wver had. “The first time I went in I ordered the three piece catfish dinner. It came with fries, coleslaw and corn on the cob. What I was surprised with was the packaging. It was placed in an aluminum tray and packaged so well that I was highly impressed. My food was prepared by the male chef. It was delicious. I was so impressed that I told my neighbors. The next time I ordered a lady answered the phone and took my order of the same first order. Her customer service skills were poor and the same order that I ordered before was a disappointment. The fish was not crisp and packaging was a plastic bag. The real cook who was chef that cooked my order should train the staff in their cooking skills. I haven’t been back. If a standard is set customers will be faithful and tell others about the food served and the quality of customer service.“
