I forgot to take a picture but I had the brisket with baked beans and turkey tips with a side of potato salad they were delicious. I also had great conversation with the owner. I am Chicago Native finding a great BBQ has been a challenge. This is definitely a winner.
This food was so delicious I had smoked chicken yesterday!! Oh my goodness! You could taste that it was genuinely smoked and the barbecue sauce was so delicious. They even took the time to put my piece of bread inside of a separate bag so that it wouldn’t get soggy, I haven’t had that happen before the fries were steam hot and I had the sauce on that too! The chicken was top quality they give whole wings here that are humongous I almost thought it was a turkey wing lol

Catfish dinner was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Still piping hot when I got home. Fries were delicious. A real side of coleslaw, not just a tiny pill cup. My dinner was packaged with care. Even gave me hand wipes, packaged plastic ware and REAL napkins, not flimsy toilet paper squares. First time customers get a free drink. I will definitely return. Very clean.
