“This place is a 10/10 my first experience was with my fiancée and everything was wonderful. Today I took my kids and Ms. Donna is truly amazing. Her customer service, conversation and humor was everything. She’s so sweet and very friendly and professional. It’s a great vibe and food has always been so delicious and fulfilling. Ms Donna were appreciate you and loved our interaction with you. You are truly wonderful person thank you for being you. Cappos we’ll be back again soon!!“

“Normally a great experience with great food. Unfortunately this time, that wasn't the case. Fish sandwich was bland. Could taste the bun and the lettuce more than the fish and the sauce!!!! Same for the butter burger deluxe!! I'm sure this is a rare occurrence. I expect better during my next visit.“

“Food would have been so much better if we had received utensils. Ordered and paid online for curbside pickup. Food was not ready by the designated time. Went inside to check on my order after waiting ten minutes past scheduled given delivery time.
Just frustrating when you add additional details for items like bread, butter, and utensils, and they are omitted.“

“Shannon was my server tonight & she was very pleasant & attentive! I got the fried Catfish, wasn’t really a fan… but we come here all the time & the steaks are ALWAYS perfect. Almost as perfect as the service we always get from all the servers we’ve experienced so far ☺“

I added bacon and chose ranch and added the delicious fries and they did not disappoint, high quality flavor and ingredients 10 out of ten highly recommend… (my girl got the honey mustard and would recommend) . “Went here for my birthday, However left very disappointed.. Orders came out wrong, food was not very good. Was charged gratuity but did not have 6 people. Asked for rolls multiple time never received.Drinks were never refilled when requested. mozzarella sticks still had flour on them. Dissatisfied will never go back!! 0 out of 10 do not recommend!!“
