We go because of Ricky Thompson. The man is the best!!!!
We've tried a few other BWWs closer to home this year, but have sadly had very poor experiences. We went to the Portage store after seeing a movie nearby & hoped we wouldn't regret it; quite the opposite, we will be back for our monthly date nights! Our server Italy was so attentive & had the best energy, we enjoyed chatting with her & the manager! (Jessie maybe? Sorry!!!) Thank you to the kitchen as well, everything was fresh & delicious! Went in this evening around 8 with my boyfriend. I’ve been to this location numerous times and the food is consistent. Sometimes the service is questionable but tonight we had Italy and she was incredibly kind and attentive. One of the best servers I’ve had there in a long time. I will be coming back and I will be asking for Italy!

Buffalo Wild Wings is known for its delicious food, though some orders may still arrive incorrect when using a delivery service. The manager, Paul, has shown genuine patience in fixing mistakes. Prices for items like onion rings may seem high for the quantity received, but the service during busy times is exceptional. Staff members, including a sweet server named Katera, have been praised for going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Recently, a customer noted how quickly the food came out during a visit for bottomless appetizers and drinks. Despite some hiccups, including a less-than-ideal experience with a manager regarding seating, the tasty food and dedicated service from staff make Buffalo Wild Wings a place worth returning to. Overall, the great service and enjoyable atmosphere help create memorable dining experiences.
