Asked for a hot fudge Sundae. We did not get any whipped cream, no cherry nothing but vanilla ice cream and a tiny bit of hot fudge. The price given in drive thru was less than what we were charged. Also our cashier at the drive thru window was definitely on something. I won't be going back.
Seemed like old ice cream. I didn't see anyone working. It wasn't a fun experience for us. Won't be going back.
Asked for a milkshake with no simple syrup added and was told (very arrogantly I may add) that they have to add it. Why is it that every single Baskin location I’ve been to has been able to make it without EXCEPT for this one? It’s not like it’s an unavoidable step, it’s a syrup, instead of doing that step just don’t.
