Whichever male employee works afternoons on the weekends is ridiculous. I can recognize his voice and am starting to think that he just does not want to make cappuccino blasts. It is awfully convenient that every single time I go there, (3 times now) the machine is "down for cleaning." I He sounds rude and completely uninterested in his job. I will be contacting corporate. This is ridiculous.

This place is down right ridiculous.. Never seen such a disaster. This place has no order of conduct especially on the night crew. I’ve gone several times and it’s been something seemly everytime. They close their doors an hour and half early. Couldn’t even make a banana split. Always out of ice cream that there’re promoting. I will not be patronizing this location again, 3rd strike for me.

Very dirty location, seemingly run by a couple teenagers- or young adults with the work ethic and attention span of teenagers. Ice cream cone was completely melted so they dumped it in a too-small cup. The teen girl who scooped my ice cream did so with bare hands, and continued to hold my cone with her bare hands.... is this your policy? It certainly shouldn't be. It's 2023, we care about germs and public health now.

Terrible place to get ice cream.My son and mother went on 01/27/22. They waited 15 minutes with management and employees talking not pay attention to customers in the store. When my mother asked them about it the rude manager got into a shouting match with my mother. She then proceeded to throw my mom and son out of the store. And she also followed them to the door to yell more Obscenities to them. When I called to speak to the manager about her behavior she had left for the day. I asked her name to one of the employees she informed me that such information could not be given. So I’ll be contacting corporate today

Literally everytime I order from them on doordash they cancel my order.... I hope the ownership is aware of the sales lost due to their lazy staff ?

Went for a hot fudge sundae and a single scoop cone. Get to the window and the employee says $11.25. I inquire why so much and she said, "I know, it's ridiculously high." She gives me my receipt and I was charged 10 cents for my plain cone. I was charged 99 cents for each topping. Whipped cream, cherry, hot fudge, and almonds. The sign said it came with those items. Then after a long wait, I am informed they are out of plain cones. We asked for our money back and miraculously my ice cream came on a plain cone. We rejected the order and got our money back. Never again!
Update your darn hours. Stopped by near 9pm and they were closed.

They always either have a staff shortage or an ice cream shortage that results in the food being rushed and sub-par. Wouldn't recommend if you're in a pinch for time and want something above average in taste.

So after waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for a single scoop cone and a coffee, we finally got to the window. The girl handed me the an EXTREMELY SMALL scoop of ice cream. This was our exchange.

Called at 8:50 pm and told me they were open until 10 pm. Drove across town and got there around 9:35 (didn’t leave right away). Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one came on to take my order. I drove up to the window, all the lights were on, but everything was broken down and no one was in site. Last time I will be going there.
