I went here consistently for two years until moving last year, and I still visit while in town. The meals are great, pricing is decent, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone wanting a healthy meal replacement or some good tea.
Great tasting protein shakes! These were a life saver during the first trimester of my pregnancy. I continue to have these for breakfast and feel full until lunch. Rose and her staff are also very helpful.
