“The staff and food here are constantly excellent. I've eaten from their normal menu a couple times but their weekly specials usually on social media almost always pull me in. The food always tastes really fresh and hot. The staff is prompt about getting us refills on drinks - also the beer menu is really big. I think they could improve by doing a seasonal swap out of their cocktails. And unless you are fine waiting an hour for a table a reservation is important. But this is only because their food is the best. This is currently the best restaurant in Valpo, or so I think. Cheers!“

The coleslaw also not a fan it's definitely different it's got a VERY VERY creamy like sause to it. My whole family looks the gyros 100\10. Best around. Inside the place is also very old set but it is cleaned from what we can see anyways. The lady at the counter that takes your order is the absolute SWEETEST so nice,patient, & always so helpful.“

“I live nearby this Culver’s and visit it frequently. I also walk around the neighborhood with my dog and pass in front of the store almost daily. When it snows they never shovel the sidewalk that runs parallel to LaPorte Avenue. This is annoying and dangerous. It’s a tiny strip of walk between two businesses to the east and 1st Source Bank to the west, all of which keep their sidewalks cleared of ice and snow. I suggest and hope that for the safety of pedestrians Culver’s management addresses this potentially serious issue. Thank you.“

“Parea is very good for an upper scale restaurant in downtown Valpo and could very well be my local favorite for a sit down dinner. The service here has always been very good and the servers seem like pretty down to Earth individuals (at least those I've spoken to). The atmosphere is very nice and the bar area is no exception. The food is the real show here and it (Mostly) never disappoints. The food is about what I'd expect, it's very good, but oftentimes I feel like it's lacking a little something that makes it really shine as opposed to other high end restaurants I've been to in other towns. It's also pretty pricey which is expected for a restaurant of this caliber, but with that high price comes an expectation that the food will be excellent. And for the most part, it does not disappoint.“

The food quality was exceptional, with the exception of the biscuits and gravy, which were not the best we have experienced. However, all other dishes were phenomenal.
