I've written about this before. The mashed potatoes are never hot. The potatoes i got yesterday were absolutely cold. If this happens omce more, I will not ever eat at a Culvers again. Never had this issue with any other Culvers, only the store in Valparaiso, IN. This is,the reason for my low ratimg
I live nearby this Culver’s and visit it frequently. I also walk around the neighborhood with my dog and pass in front of the store almost daily. When it snows they never shovel the sidewalk that runs parallel to LaPorte Avenue. This is annoying and dangerous. It’s a tiny strip of walk between two businesses to the east and 1st Source Bank to the west, all of which keep their sidewalks cleared of ice and snow. My children had been staying with immediate family bc we are still without power… I hadn’t seen my kids in 3 days and we chose Culver’s to eat together at… Jean came around and checked on our table with some small talk she discovered we were still without power, in from out of town, and had split a large meal with a couple ala carte burgers to keep costs down (which meant my kiddos didn’t get happy meals or the included ice cream with the kids meal) before we left Jean...read full review
