“Celebrated my daughter's birthday here today and everything was just fabulous. I highly recommend the vodka chicken pasta. The service was superb and the atmosphere was lovely. This was our first time visiting, and we will definitely be back in the future.“

“Had wrote a review a few days ago regarding a coupon not being utilized for a 50% off. I just deleted the review on accident but wanted to update to anyone who had read that. A manager contacted me and apologized for the mistake that had been made. The young man that had taken the order was fairly new and has now been educated on how to process that particular type of coupon. Managment was extremely apologetic and quick to recover and make me feel much better about the situation. They offered a credit for the WHOLE pizza!!! We well absolutely order from Rosati‘s again as that is our favorite pizza and the closest to Chicago as we can get in pizza.“

“We have used them for several parties. I usually call my order in early and ask to have it delivered at a certain time and it is always delivered on time. We love the pizza and wings and always get compliments on how good the food is at the party! Highly recommend!“

“Tonight me, my fiance and little sister went to Zao Island and went on the GoKarts. We did all the laps and got called back in. While us three were stopped ready to get out, I heard a mom say “slow down” and her child drove into the back of my cart, didn’t brake at all and I hit my head so hard on the back of my seat. To the mom, you and your little boy are not at fault at all! The workers should’ve said slow down or show them how to brake beforehand. They didn’t even check if any of us were okay afterwards. I think there needs to be an age restriction on the GoKarts or at least a mandatory demonstration for the little ones before they drive. I absolutely love Zao and mean no harm but the workers for the GoKarts needed to handle the situation better for the future. 🫶🏻“

“Today, July 18th, we had my grandson's birthday party at Gelsosomo's Pizzeria Valparaiso, there was 15 of us there & our server Tabitha was awesome! She did an outstanding job! The pizzas were amazing! I highly recommend Gelsosemo’s Pizzeria Valparaiso!“

“This place is really well run. Super clean and efficient. Lots of well trained employees who know what they are doing. Tonight there was a manager circulating through the dining room checking in on customers. Love the fact I can order through a touchscreen or a cashier.“

“Stayed in Valpo over the weekend, and ate here. For it being a pizza place I didn’t think the pizza was very good. Not enough sauce for my liking maybe next time order it with extra sauce and I’d like it better. Also tried the onion rings, nothing special but they weren’t bad.

We also ordered the Chicago sandwich, it was poorly cut so it fell apart and we weren’t given silverware so I had to kinda eat it with my hands and was very messy but it was good.

Overall I’d comeback but there’s plenty of other options I’d go to first.“

“There someone who works at this Casey’s named Zach. He was a very respectful young man and the other people working there were as well. I was hoping that this review could possibly get them in a better position than what he’s at right now or a raise. I’m not the type of person to write reviews, but Zach was such a respectful person so I had the need to write a review.“

“Its hit and miss sometimes, but im gonna keep getting it anyway because im not paying for a 5 michelin star world class food experience, im buying an italian beef from the closest place possible because im hungry and stuck at work.
And its adequate for that.
And i retain the high score because the few times i actually get a pizza its always awesome, a JJ's pizza is really something all its own and its great every time.
I think if youre going into a place like this and expecting it to rival Vals or whatever youre absolutely out of your mind, thats not the goal here.“

“Well everyone always tells me if you have bad service once you should always try again. Well I did and guess what service was still bad. With only 9 people in the bar area we asked for menus and drinks. We got the drinks but the bartender was too busy on her phone to come back and take our order. After waiting almost 30 minutes I walked out. I use to go there at least three times a week. Never again.“
