“I stopped in for a quick bite while in Valpo. I had to try the "Your Mom Goes To College" pizza. (Next time I want to try "The Purple Pig".) The service was great and the food delicious. A very small dining room so large parties may want to consider carry out.“

“Had wrote a review a few days ago regarding a coupon not being utilized for a 50% off. I just deleted the review on accident but wanted to update to anyone who had read that. A manager contacted me and apologized for the mistake that had been made. The young man that had taken the order was fairly new and has now been educated on how to process that particular type of coupon. Managment was extremely apologetic and quick to recover and make me feel much better about the situation. They offered a credit for the WHOLE pizza!!! We well absolutely order from Rosati‘s again as that is our favorite pizza and the closest to Chicago as we can get in pizza.“

“Very pore customer service by management (Cody G) First when we ordered drinks he failed to tell us for 45 mins that they were out of the ordered items. This was the second time we ordered something they were out of with a long delay before being told that they were out of the item. Then when he brought our food after an hr wait he tells us that one of our pizzas was dropped on the floor and they had to remake it. During our whole time he never asked if we needed refills for our drinks either. Leaving my kids with empty drinks most the time there. Will not be back any time soon if ever. only rate this place as a 1 anymore. Since this is the second time the food has not tasted good. First time thought it was on off night but apparently the management which was our server is the bigger issue here.“

My now wife and I have been going to Peddler's for years and have always loved the food and atmosphere. When we started looking for a venue to host our Wedding Reception, we were curious about the Sidebar space and put out some feelers about reserving the space alongside other locations

It quickly became apparent that Sidebar by Peddlers was going to be where we held our Wedding Reception. Carolynn was amazingly responsive, communicative and flexible with all of our needs.

Despite having an entire restaurant to manage, she always found time in the months and weeks leading up to the event to answer our questions, help us make decisions on organizing the space, and had plenty of excellent suggestions

The night of the reception, the space was impeccably clean and organized, the food was delicious and served right on time, and our dedicated servers and bar were fantastic to work with! Everyone who attended our wedding was super impressed with the location, the quality of food and the quality of service. The pricing was super reasonable and we found the Peddlers staff super easy to work with

I highly recommend checking out Sidebar as a location for your next private event!“

“Went in today with my son and infant daughter. There was a miscommunication between myself and the cashier that resulted in not having a combo added to one of the sandwiches. The store was quick to solve the problem. A bit later we had another issue with the sausage being burnt. I hated to even say anything because I had already had the issue with the combo but my son wasn’t going to eat the sandwich because it was burnt. The manager didn’t even hesitate and made him a fresh sandwich. Once that was solved everything was amazing. The food was hot and delicious. The beef was tender and the bread perfection. The manager and her entire team were super friendly and took great care of us.

“Yesterday was my first time ever ordering from this restaurant. I placed a delivery order on Valentines Day at 9:37pm. (They close at 10) I live very close- not even 2 blocks away. I was nervous thinking they might not fulfill the order considering it was so late and it was a holiday. Let me say- Hungry Howies did not disappoint! The pizza was hot. The crust was soft, fluffy and fresh. Full of toppings! The howies bread was packed full of flavor. The delivery driver was so sweet (wish I would have gotten her name) Her customer service skills were a 10/10. This place is an underrated GEM! You just earned a new customer. Thank you so much for the experience and not letting me to go bed hungry!“

“Me and my friends came in 15 minutes before closing. We felt really bad, but they were super nice about it. 10/10, these guys are doing the lords work. Update: they’re closed now and one of the workers came outside to cut our cheesy bread for us. Absolutely unreal“
