I never wanted to post a review on this place because I feel like it's a well-hidden gem in Valparaiso just off Calumet Ave. But I love the place so much that I've decided to share the secret. As always, another delicious meal by Shoe's pizza. Got a sausage pizza, veggie pizza (you select what you want), and shoe's bites (garlic breadsticks cut up in bite size pieces) and enjoyed every bite.Just a suggestion, wish they had spinach and garlic to add to their pizza topping choices. As someone who primarily eats vegetarian, I wish they had spinach as an option.Even still, their pizza is outstanding and budget friendly and can't wait to get pizza again soon!!

This is the only pizza place I can recommend in Valpo if you're looking for NY Style pizza. First of all, the family is FROM NY. We spoke to the owners family while we were there one time and they gave us a great history lesson. Everyone is extremely friendly and they have a nice little arcade area my son loves.
