Arrived here after the previous BR location completely ignored us. This one service was prompt and adequate at least. Loved my strawberry scoop and SO finally got his gold medal/chocolate fix.
Good coffee. GREAT COFFEE. My biggest issue comes from the fact that they never, ever, EVER follow my order as I place it. I always go for the cappuccino blasts they sell, and every time, I ask for either
A. Caramel
B. Cinnamon
on top of my blast, and I think they've only ever followed through with it once or twice.
Munchkins regularly will be missing one or two, and the bacon is overdone half the time.

Love it they were so above and beyond. Offering clean speedy service. Love my daquri ice they make the best cones in nwi.
