Sad that this DD can not make their drinks correctly. It never tastes like they use 4 full pumps in a large drink - probably because the staff isn't trained to make the drinks right. I ordered 3 toasted buttered croissants. I was given 3 smashed down flattened croissants, not cut in half, with a few packets of butter tossed into a bag with a knife. Not very good. Soggy hashbrowns, luke warm wrap, 1 flavored coffee was undrinkable and not very friendly service.Update 9-10-2023Burnt and soggy hashbrowns, for some reason sprinkles were put on plain chocolate donuts. Very pathetic.

I know most of the morning staff from so many trips there. After my daughter was born, I visited everyday for over a year. We still go a couple times a week. The manager J is awesome and the staff is great for the most part! Every once in awhile, I’ll get a coffee that isn’t so great, but they’ll make you a new one or give you a freebie next time you come in, they’ll gladly fix whatever problem you have!
