But I specifically want to mention, I have become accustomed to lots of water bowls downtown especially during the recent heat wave but I realized on an early walk that none are there in the morning before the restaurants open for lunch! I knew I could count on you guys for my pup!“

“Busy with the rain, coffees still came out timely and correct. They let us use the audio room since it wasn’t booked which was convenient having little kids in tow.

Kid-friendliness: Managed a stroller through here but wouldn’t recommend bringing a stroller if you can avoid it

I ordered the Industrious Chicken Ramen, the Italian Screamer Sandwich, and an Iced Matcha Latte, and each item was a hit. The ramen was perfectly seasoned with tender chicken, making it both comforting and satisfying. The Italian Screamer Sandwich was bursting with flavor, with just the right amount of spice, and the iced matcha latte was a refreshing treat-smooth and not too sweet. Raymond and Devon have truly created something special at Moon Mug. I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious meal and some great company! Feel free to adjust it as you see fit!“

“Dropping a review to thank the staff for such awesome service today during a rush! I got a drink and sandwich in the drive thru and felt the Matcha was super weak. I went back in and was helped by a gentleman. He remade the drink, we talked for a bit, and he made me feel like it was no issue to him to have to do it again. I really appreciated this since I felt bad having to ask. He and the sweet drive thru lady made my day with meaningful small talk and it made it feel as if I was visiting someone’s home rather than a corporate chain. From now on, I’ll drive the few extra miles to get to this location simply for the kind staff.“

“My mother passed three years ago, and something she always made me was French Silk Pie. The anniversary of her death passed recently, and I had just really missed my mom. I searched every time we went to a store for this pie. My fiancé would notice my disappointment walking away from the bakery sections when I didn’t find the pie…so after calling NINE bakeries—who either didn’t make pies or would make a French Silk one—found Henze Bakery. He was able to speak to the baker himself in order to confirm he could in fact make the pie and would do so even though it had been awhile since he had made one. Coming off of a long EMS shift, to find my fiancé (and his coworker) searched for days to find a bakery that would make this special pie for me…had me quite literally bawling. Henze Bakery…thank you, you pulled off bringing back a special piece of my mother today. It’s safe to say, we will be returning customers.“
