“I live in Chicago, but had to come to Michigan City for an in person business meeting. I had several virtual meeting after and need a place to crash comfortably to take those.FLUID was a pleasant surprise. Great lattes and food. “Went here for breakfast today. I had Denver omelet it was huge and delicious, I could not finish it so took it home. Wife had pancakes and biscuits and gravy, biscuits and gravy she said were just okay, pancakes were very good, I am not a big fan of pancakes but tried a bite and they were really good...again huge portions so we took the pancakes home with us. Service very good...if an area again, we would come back and try some other dishes.“

“Step aside Starbucks, Philz, Peet's, etc. They all have nothing over Maple City. If you're in town grab a cup and buy a pound. Grind it yourself or have Maple grind it as you like it. Sumatra is my favorite. If your second home is out here you will find yourself taking a couple pounds back to your first.“

The Mexican chocolate hot chocolate was so delicious. They also have a lot of seating available outside as well. Very good prices. And it has nothing to do with the coffee, The people are just so nice and always in a good mood. “The gentleman who waited on us was friendly, personable, and all around knowledgeable about his products. He explained his awesome ginger tea how it's made. I got the beef pho with extra onions and beef and my bf got the seafood pho. Excellently made.We also got 2 orders of spring rolls and it was fantastic! If I'm ever in the area again we will be back.“
