“Went in on a BOGO Wednesday and didn’t realize it was BOGO. Loralei was very friendly despite how busy it was and even got me to a second coffee I didn’t know I’d even want.

Sierra recommended I go to Biggby even though I don’t like coffee. The German Mocha and Mango Pineapple Mocktail were both delicious! Definitely recommend :)“

“Today my husband and I dropped by the Westville location to order some burgers for our dogs last meal. There was a cashier I believe named Trenton. This young man was a ray of light on one of our family's darkest days. While my husband was ordering he could notice that something was off. This young man asked if he was okay and my husband proceeded to tell him how we were on our way to put one of our four legged family members to sleep. This amazing young man then told my husband that he knows how hard that can be and that he just too put one of his animals to sleep. He then handed my husband a $25 gift card for McDonald's that he paid for with his own hard worked money. This man is an asset to the McDonald's team and a glimmer of hope in an often cruel world. Whoever raised this young man, I applaud you. You did one heck of a job and he will do great things for this world.“

“One of my faves 💗 Doncaster and Voodoo are my favorites but live the spring/summer matcha choices ( especially berried memories) and the fall/winter chai bar. They make their own syrups and it’s never over done!“

“We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and Jordan and Nicole were so welcoming. They helped make suggestions on coffee and tea. The drinks were very well made and Jordan asked if we would like the banana bread we bought warmed up. Such nice personal touches in the coffee shop. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended if you are ever in the area.“

“Today, at about 1:20 PM I pulled up to the Starbucks drive thru with a heavy heart and having suicidal thoughts. I was on my way to a doctors appointment to get some help. And as a Target Starbucks partner, I know how important customer connection is but it was different. The beautiful young girl at the window was the sweetest person ever and easily had conversation with me. she ended up telling me that she had a free mess up drink for me. And I know that it’s something so simple but I instantly felt like it was a reminder to hold on and that someone thought of me. I cried leaving. Coffee really is the key to the heart. So thank you guys for doing your job so well and always keeping a smile on your faces! Keep pouring your heart into each cup of coffee !! Thank you!“

“Woke up this morning starving ! Well maybe not literally 🤪 woke my husband up and we came I. For breakfast. Was having a rough morning already so when our waitress came up to our table (AMY!) she was so incredibly kind! Smiling ! Helpful! She was “tag teaming” with another waitress (i dont remember her name) but one brought coffee one brought waters and BOTH brought smiles!! When our meals were brought to the table my husband and I (as we always do whether we are at home OR out!) held hands and prayed …. Later Amy came by and said something along the lines of “it was so nice to see you two holding hands and praying in public “… she had already made a comment t how nice it was to see us holding hands …. She really made my morning! Her kindness changed my rough morning to something that turned out to be a great day….AND the FOOD was ABSOLUTELY fantastic as always!!! As a matter of fact it a now 844 pm and I just ate some of my leftovers (ill finish them in the morning!) Thank you to whomever hired Amy! THank you to the chefs in the back for cooking such amazing food! Amy! Thank YOU for making my day much better than it had started!!“
