“My girlfriend and I went to dinner at Scoop's tonight. We had barely started eating our food when we noticed a couple of the very young waitresses talking poorly about an older couple that had just left. They were making rude comments about the way they smelled, laughing and joking about the couple while the waitresses were on the floor and in clear earshot of more than just our table. We were so disgusted with the behavior and immaturity of the two waitresses, we reported the behavior to the manager on duty, who did nothing but laugh and joke with them. My girlfriend and I were so offended we asked for to go boxes, paid our bill, and left. As we were leaving one of the waitresses in question was whispering and pointing at us with another waitress. The maturity level of the staff tonight was incredible. I have seen preschoolers with better behavior. I do not recommend this branch if this behavior continues, however, FB will not let you say you did not recommend.“

“I’ve been a long time follower of Royale with Cheese on social media and finally made it out there this last Saturday. The food was amazing and the serving sizes were plentiful! The fries were crispy and the fried pickles had an outstanding batter on them. The burgers were so tasty, and you can’t go wrong with any they offer.“

“1st time here. Food was basic but decent. I had the perch, which was heavily breaded kinda like fried chicken. I prefer my perch pan fried, not heavily breaded. It came with fries and coleslaw, the coleslaw was good. My husband got the pork chop and said it was good, a little dry, but not bad. It came with green beans and mashed potatoes. The best thing I had was the lemon cake, it reminded me of a zinger and I was very pleased with it. Our server was great. She was kind, helpful with the menu, and overall attentive.“

“We visited Carlson's and it was great. We fed four adults and 1 child for $43. The root beer was refreshing, the tenderloins were hot and crispy, the BBQ pork was flavorful, and the Chicago Dogs were good but slightly bland. Service was great and the food came quickly. Definitely recommend“

“Great place to stop. The free peanuts are a nice cherry on top for this place. Pretty solid burger. I could probably only eat here once or twice a month because of how rich the burgers are, but each time would be a time I enjoy. The fountain machines have tons of options, which is wonderful and the food is pretty quick. The staff are friendly, which always adds to the experience.

“Food is very good and price is very fair. Service is very sub par. Waitresses run around like chickens with there head cutoff. I did a reorder on fish and after 45 minutes the waitress said she was sorry but somebody else took my order. Paid my check and left. Don’t know if I will ever come back.“

“Waitstaff very attentive, quite pleasant and checked up on us frequently. Food was spot on,and decent portions too! Everything was clean and tidy,(we came at 10am) will definitely eat here again

Parking: Being handicap sometimes is a problem finding a spot to part but even their regular spots for parking is ample enough to accommodate“

“The guys who take orders on nights totally rocked it with customer service. He needs a raise. He knows the menu well. Got or food fresh hot and breakfast sandwich was amazing love the freshness of the egg and all ingredients. Great job I was surprised. I'll be back.“
