Donuts in Michigan City

“I usually go to the one on Franklin Street because it’s on my way to work but that location is horrible in every and all aspects; atmosphere, service and the food. My coffee is never made right on Franklin’s street and if you get a doughnut, they throw it face down so when it comes time to eat it, the frosting is stuck to the bag and your doughnut is naked. Staff is so condescending and rude. The owner is just as bad if not worse.

BUT this location off of Michigan Blvd gave me a 10/10 experience and finally… a coffee that is made exactly how I ordered it! I am so satisfied with my experience. Although this location is a ways out of my way, I will continue to go here. Thank you for being kind to your customers, unlike the other location!“

“The northwestern part of Indiana got hit really bad by a tornado so everyone is out and about trying to get food. When I walked in the store it was extremely busy with a long line of people almost filling the entire space. But the staff was on top of it! I am so impressed with how hard they worked during the rush! As soon as I ordered my food and drink I got it within 2 minutes. Extremely efficient while also keeping good customer service! I was very impressed with the manager, I am assuming he was the manager, he was making sure that his employees were okay and if they needed help he would stop what he was doing to help them. I would come back again simply for the fact that I know how much they are harder workers! My food and drink were perfect, tasted just right!“
