“On a cold, wintery January afternoon, I was asked to swing by this Dunkin to pick up an order which included a latte for myself. The location is just off of I65, in a truck stop/ travel center type facility. It looks fairly new so perhaps signage is not up yet. I drove past it twice, not seeing the large Dunkin signs one typically sees and finally had to call the person whose order I was picking up. When you pull in the lot, on the far right you will see a DD (Dunkin Donuts) logo on the building and a bit further their drive thru. Access into the lot is easy and clearly marked. Dunkin's drive through has an easy loop out once you purchase and are exiting. I pulled up to the order box, was promptly and pleasantly greeted. There was a vehicle ahead of me who also moved through as quickly as I did to the second window. Very nice guy, handed me the drinks. The donuts were coming next he said. Couple seconds later another guy came to the window, just as pleasant and friendly as the first. They did not have 4 of the ordered donuts. And....this is why you are getting 5 stars Roselawn Dunkin :) He offered suggestions for replacements and we sorted through it - he made the situation light hearted and was very nice, no rush at all. By the way, if he sees this - one of the suggestions he mentioned the Boston one, I was told when I returned, he was spot on with his choices and I should have listened to him :) All in all, these two employees made a very good first impression, were kind, courteous and took the time to fix being out of what was ordered and replacing with the best options. In this day and age, perhaps a bit too often, many "fast food" places are rushed and workers almost indifferent. That was absolutely not the case today and that is why this evening, you are getting 5 stars from me. Thank you both!“
“I just gotta give the Demotte McDonalds. “High Five” tonight!!! ???️ Most of Northern Jasper County lost power tonight, and took to fast food to supply dinner for their families. I went in to get take out on my way home from work, and these folks were busting their tails to take care of a way-higher than usual demand for food. Even though they were getting met with some rude and careless people, they kept pushing. THANK YOU. Thank you for doing your best in a crappy situation. Thank you for working way harder than what you get paid to do. YOU ROCK.“
“I typically stop in once a week and get a treat and latte. The baked goods are absolutely delicious and the latte is just what I need in the morning to kickstart my day. The workers are very friendly and puts a smile on my face each time I come in. Next time I need a special occasion cake, I will be ordering from Cake and Cups!“
