“So I was here for the first time about 8 months ago. My first time here, the service was horrible, and it took FOREVER to get my drink, even though I placed the mobile order, so it was supposed to be faster. If I had never gone back to the Lowell Dunkin after that time, then I would have left a 1 star review. I see that they have since changed and hired more friendly staff. Now today I went back for the second time since my negative experience and now the staff are a lot more friendly and my order has come out faster. ?“
“We've visited this location a few times now, given its close proximity to our home. I always use the app to make it fast and accumulate points. The other day, we ordered and had one heck of a time with the app. Was glitchiny frequently, and I shouldn't have continued to use it. Placed my order and when I arrived found the order had changed. It added 15 extra hamburgers and a bunch of other food I didn't order. Thankfully, the staff and manager were unbelievable in their response to me. They quickly rectified the issue and took great care of me. I'm not going to lie. I was freaking out a bit when I realized I was charged almost an extra $100! I felt terrible as they made all that food, but they mentioned I wasn't the only one experiencing issues like this today. Wish I would have gotten their names, but they were amazing! Food was hot and fresh and typically is hwre at this location. ?“
“Have you ever been to a place that feels like home the minute you walk in? Cafe Fresco has that feel! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff makes you feel like you have been friends for years! I made my first visit in March or 2022 and have been there every week since!P.S. I highly recommend the cold brew float!!!Kid-friendliness: My kids LOVE the cafe. Bring the kids in and ask to make a coffee sleeves! They will enjoy creating and coloring. Be sure to get them coffee flight with all the kid friendly options too!!Wheelchair accessibility: I run a group for parents of special needs children. Often times we pack the cafe with wheelchairs and roaming kiddos. Both the staff and the customers have been so warm and welcoming to these families and I think our complex kiddos love the cafe as much as we do!!“
“Their coffee is better than anything I've had and I'm not even a coffee drinker. My favorite though is the feel-good fluid tea. Cold season really got me this year and I have lived off this tea to help get through. Staff is super friendly and owners are genuinely good people I was happy enough to meet at an event. Definitely going back for lunch this week.“
“In short, it's absolutely worth the price I go almost every weekend now.In depth,Haven't tried any lunch stuff but I've been 3 or 4 times now and it's been consistently great! The coffee is always flavored with good ingredients, not the cheap stuff, and not over flavored. The cinnamon rolls were pretty good as well. It's a smidgen pricey but it's because they use "the good stuff" so imo it's absolutely worth it. The service is great every time I go. They work hard to keep the line short but they also have enough room to where I feel like I could hang out and work on some stuff on my computer. I mean this in the best way possible, it feels like Starbucks but if they were a family business. I'll probably be back next weekend!“
“After a big disappointment at a nearby coffee shop, I was super excited to find this place! We are in town for some sports and it’s always important to start your morning off with a good cup of coffee. Small town coffee company knows how to do it well! They also have a great variety of baked goods, hand, pies, and crêpes. This is a one stop shop in the morning, and we will be back!“
“This is a hidden gem!!!! The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing!!! The best part was the service I received. Adriana was our server and she did an excellent job! She was very pleasant and explained the menu very well. She took care of everything before we even asked. I will definitely be “
“The customer service was excellent and the bagels are Great. The only negative star I give is the music ? is very loud. You cannot hear yourself talking in there. It is really distracting. You might want to lower the music in your establishment.“
“The staff is patient and friendly, the food is delicious, and the menu includes options for all manner of preferences and restrictions. On a late Sunday evening, scooting in from out of town, a bowl of French onion and half a Yard Bird sandwich hit the spot. In the chilly February weather, cocoa would have been perfect ... but as I'm allergic to chocolate, I ordered the white hot chocolate (confident there would be no cross-contamination after mentioning the allergy) and it was spot on!“
“Always always ALWAYS love coming here! Not just because the food and coffee are amazing quality, but the staff make the experience that much better! Everyone is always super nice and friendly. Dan and Kelly always make the experience one I enjoy. Come get your coffee here!“
“This place is cute. Love that they were able to make it feel eclectic. Food was good as always. Avocado was a little brown so my daughter didn’t end up eating her toast but overall good. Good service as well. They sell tea so you’d think they would have lemon and honey available, but they didn’t have either. I find that a little odd but over all a good experience and different food. I’d recommend giving it a try. Their lattes are quite good as well. I’d recommend trying the bananas foster.“
“I moved to Lowell after growing up in Crown Point. I am very familiar with the coffee shops in neighboring towns. Old dog has the best coffee by a long shot. Their specials are amazing and they rotate out fresh new flavors for each holiday. I have never had a bad drink there and I love to try the new specials as they come along. The staff is kind and helpful. Their merch is also the cutest. We are spoiled to have this shop in Lowell.“
