The other reviews are right on the money. I recently moved to the area and have been to this location about 5 times or so. Hash browns are always lukewarm mush in the bag, and they will not put cream cheese on your bagel or extra toast it (asked the last 5 times, got a barely toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side all five times). I get it, drive thru food isn't going to be Michelin star quality, but this Dunkin has a serious issue with quality control I haven't seen at another...read full review

I utilize the Drive thru regularlySpeedy service & my coffee is ALWAYS prepared EXACTLY the way I order it. I wish this location was open 24hrsI really need u guys at 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.Tip always well deservedYour favorite customerMe?

Food was a mess when they handed it to us. My wrap was a little burnt it still tasted good though. The service however was not great the guy at the drive through had such a scowl on his face that made you feel terrible for coming there. God forbid you ask him for napkins. Sheesh. Put a new friendly person at the window.
