We enjoy going to Dunkin on Main Street. Eileen always makes our day! She is so kind, friendly, and welcoming every time Jack and I come into Dunkin’. She greets us with a smile, is always patient, and goes out of her way to make us feel appreciated. Great customer service like hers is hard to find, and she’s a big reason we love coming back. Thank you, Eileen, for always brightening our day…you are truly an asset to Dunkin’ Donuts!
They need to have more men at this facility. Because the women here are extremely nasty. Regarding they're so nasty attitude. But I do give it up is one lady that works the night shift that is super awesome. She has a lot of piercings in her face and some tattoos on her neck. She's a very nice lady. My kids and I visit this Dunkin often and it’s literally one of our favorite places to visit! The staff are always friendly and patient and goes over and beyond to make the kids smile. Not only my kids but others that walk in as well. I’d like to give a special shout out to Eileen and Chrissy!!! Those ladies are top tier in customer service.
