This is the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to my whole life. I never feel as though I wasted money because everything is always fresh. I go to other Dunkin’s and their coffee is watered down or like raunchy tasting. You can come here at 3pm and still get great coffee, which I’ve found other Dunkin’s to be butt after 2. Customer service is great, fast and efficient. When I lived in LOFS I would drive all the way to this one still. Been coming here since I was a kid and they just get better every year

This DD Rocks. Always like seeing old friends. At times they have seen me pull up if it was an off hour and not crowded and they will be in the middle of making my Blast when I walk in to order. I 99.9 percent of time get my Mocha Cappuccino Blast, NO whipped cream and extra cinnamon with an extra shot of Mocha. All the employees have been great but the TWO Lady Managers or Owners are UNBELIEVABLY Friendly and Fast. Donuts pretty Tasty Too ?

I bought an Oreo ice cream cake. My mistake thinking it was similar to DQ cakes that have a layer of fudge and chocolate crumble between the ice cream layers… it was nothing like that. It was literally cake…ok, again, my mistake BUT either way it was AWFUL! Cake was dry and just no flavor. The Oreo ice cream was just blah.Looked ok from the outside…. But the inside, not so much. $45…I feel ripped off. On the positive, the cashier had no clue how to ring it up and after standing there for about 10 min and 3 other employees trying to figure it out… I got $5 off somehow.Just go to DQ or buy a polar pizza from there instead.

Employees are polite and seem to be hardworking. Management needs improvement. Ice cream flavors were limited. Lots of empty space in freezer for ice cream. No where near 31 flavors. Employees told me go to Baskin Robbins down the road for more varieties.

Worst customer service ever. First of all, I ordered a sauage egg and cheese croissant and a med iced caramel coffee with cream and LIQUID sugar. When they hand me the drink I can see sugar crystals so I ask gave it back. I'm not a Karen so I was actually polite about it. When they got it back, not only did the woman say "that's not what you ordered" to which I responded "yes it was, I made sure he changed it at the intercom" but then I saw her turn around and hand the drink to someone and all he did was shake it and she handed it back. Like I said- not a Karen so I let it slide. But then when she handed me the drink and and I was waiting for my sandwich, she said "anything else?" I said "yes, my croissant please" she snatched the bag off the counter and handed it to me before slamming the window. Normally I have no problem with this dunkin but today was outrageous. I'm very disappointed with both of my items.
Came 30 minutes before close and they told me they turned off their espresso machines to clean it early. So I couldn’t get a hot drink in the winter. I just left. It’s pathetic. Don’t work a closing shift if you cannot close the store down on time. Starbucks would never.

How about get employees that are friendly and professional maybe then you’ll get more customers. The guy at the drive through window was so rude! I definitely won’t be coming back!

The other reviews are right on the money. I recently moved to the area and have been to this location about 5 times or so. Hash browns are always lukewarm mush in the bag, and they will not put cream cheese on your bagel or extra toast it (asked the last 5 times, got a barely toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side all five times). I get it, drive thru food isn't going to be Michelin star quality, but this Dunkin has a serious issue with quality control I haven't seen at another location. Your money is best spent elsewhere unless you want to drop $10 just to be disappointed.

Very frustrating drive-thru and sloppy food (pictured). How do you mess up a donut that bad?? There's a tiny parking lot and one way street in a "U" shape. Of course, there is a specific lane for the drive through and a big, painted patch of road saying "DO NOT BLOCK". If you don't block it, people will cut right in front of you and everyone behind you in the long line. I have seen it before, but at those times I decided to just park and walk in. Today, I was the unfortunate one who got cut right in front of as I was trying to pick up my mobile order scheduled for that time, while it was getting cold. I honked and told the person they cut in front of me and everyone behind me, but they did not care. I then told the workers through the speaker that someone cut everyone waiting and they said they noticed. They simply gave the lady her food anyways and she left. I then asked them at the window why people were constantly allowed to be cutting in line in front of those of us who are courteous enough not to block everyone's only exit in the one-way. The guy at the window said, "Don't worry about it". So, at the end of the day, these workers just don't care and everyone is able to cut the line here. Very frustrating way to start the morning - cut in front of and given a cold sandwich and a sloppy, wet (???) doughnut. This was my last straw at this location, as they had already given me a hot chocolate with a wet napkin inside it! The Merrillville location has always been better, so I will make the slightly longer drive to avoid a frustrating start to my day.

Trying to figure out how a bagel with cream cheese just cost me $6.40 when the app says it’s $3.84? Clearly overcharging customers in the drive thru. Also gave me a fork to spread the cream cheese instead of a knife…I’d like to add it was not busy either. I was the only person in the drive thru and there was maybe one car in the parking lot so it wasn’t a matter of being busy…workers are just not paying attention to what they’re doing.
