If you order the same coffee everyday with the same amount of sugar everyday with the same amount of cream everyday shouldn't it taste at least close to the same everyday? You have to give them at least 3 trys per visit to get your coffee right but if you don't have that kind of time I definitely urge you to just get some gas station coffee because at least they will be consistent. Either your coffee is garbage or your staff is. Take your pick!

I know most of the morning staff from so many trips there. After my daughter was born, I visited everyday for over a year. We still go a couple times a week. The manager J is awesome and the staff is great for the most part! Every once in awhile, I’ll get a coffee that isn’t so great, but they’ll make you a new one or give you a freebie next time you come in, they’ll gladly fix whatever problem you have!

We'd ask for light ice ...very light ice just to get something to drink. I ordered a macha iced latte with no ice because every time we order the drink it is 100% ice. Attached it what we received as this is a " measured" drink. Needless to say we won't be ordering special drinks here anymore.

Sad that this DD can not make their drinks correctly. It never tastes like they use 4 full pumps in a large drink - probably because the staff isn't trained to make the drinks right. I ordered 3 toasted buttered croissants. I was given 3 smashed down flattened croissants, not cut in half, with a few packets of butter tossed into a bag with a knife. I didn't realize it was wrong until I was 15 miles down the road on my way home. (My grandbaby is picky with food since her mom died, and this is the one thing she will eat - but not whatever this was, and she started crying.) Called the store, and the mgr immediately offered replacements next time I'm in town. He acted like mishaps happen often, which from other reviews - it does. When I got the replacements the worker said they 'knew' who messed up the order and was fired. They also thought the amount of errors at this store were ridiculous and that things were changing. I certainly hope so.

Went to get donuts. I walk in and girl is flipping her hair around, pulling it up into pony tail. While standing within 8 inches of donuts. And pretty close to coffee and all the cups. I said something to manager that that's not appropriate in a food setting. Not one correction and the girl actually refused to ring my order up. I walked out with just a drink because I wasn't about to buy donuts after that.

i get the same thing everytime frozen hot chocolate no whip but everytime i make it clear no whip but everytime they put whip cream on it. i mean no whip cream it less work but they can’t do it. no happy employees are rude when i tell them i said no whip cream not my fault u can’t do ur job.
This Dunkin’ Donuts does not practice what this franchise is all about. if you want your drink made wrong or to just get random ingredients in your drink to make up some type of coffee so they can take your money no matter if they have what you want or not. They will order and then be rude about you asking for what you order. All franchises have to follow certain guidelines. I went in for some coffee and hash browns and I was waiting on my coffee and she called my name I said that's mine and try to grab the bag and she gets mad at me and says sorry your having a bad day meanwhile her co workers (presumably managers) stand around on their phones not helping the other customers in store. A man interrupted me saying he needed his coffee too and I'm some how the problem? I left in an even worse mood thanks again calumet location!

The guy I assume is the manager is just weird. Stares at you and is always rude. There’s two employees with good customer service but that’s it and I don’t know if they even still work there. First time in my life I ordered what I get everyday and the employee just said “okay”. They rarely say thanks or anything nice. All their food tastes freezer burnt as well.

Not very good. Soggy hashbrowns, luke warm wrap, 1 flavored coffee was undrinkable and not very friendly service.Update 9-10-2023Burnt and soggy hashbrowns, for some reason sprinkles were put on plain chocolate donuts. Very pathetic.
