Good coffee. GREAT COFFEE. My biggest issue comes from the fact that they never, ever, EVER follow my order as I place it. I always go for the cappuccino blasts they sell, and every time, I ask for eitherA. CaramelB. Cinnamonon top of my blast, and I think they've only ever followed through with it once or twice.Munchkins regularly will be missing one or two, and the bacon is overdone half the time.It's too bad the small things affect the large things, otherwise, I'd actually enjoy going here. The cappuccino blasts just don't hit the spot without the specials on top.

My family and I got shakes about 8pm on a Thursday evening. The employees were less than enthusiastic about our patronage, were openly digging through the garbage as we patiently waited over five minutes without being acknowledged at the window, and the gave us the wrong size shake after confirming the size just a minute before. Also the shakes were pretty expensive...It wasn't a bad experience, nor was it good. It just felt something like knocking on a strangers door to use their restroom in an emergency... we got what we wanted but not without a few uncomfortable moments.On a plus side the shakes were pretty good.

I ordered a banana split at 6pm and I hear the person taking my order asking another employee, “do we have stuff to make that?” After about a minute of them talking with each other, I said- “excuse me, what?”The guy then proceeded to ask me “what flavor” I wanted it.I pulled to the window and waited for about 5 minutes- no one else in the drive thru and no one inside ordering- finally another employee came to the window and asked me “what I wanted on my BANANA SPLIT” umm, what you usually put on a banana split?I finally received my “banana split”- which was just hot fudge with a rotten banana. Yuck.Not happy.

I had a very good experience with this Baskin-Robbins Dunkin Donuts. I placed an online order for a cake for my daughter's birthday today and put in the wrong date to pick it up.When I got there I had no cake ready to be picked up. They told me to pick out a cake that was premade and they would decorate the top for me. This was a mistake that I made and Baskin Robbins was very understanding about it. I will recommend this one to everyone!! They are the best!!!

Most of these modern day Baskin Robbins have very limited ice cream flavors. They have one or two new flavors "here and there", but not like the days when I was a youngster. I have been all over the place looking for Quarterback Crunch Ice Cream which has alway been available during football season.??
