“My family and I love JJ's! And if you haven't tried their version of stuffed crust pizza...it.is.a.MUST! We usually get a sausage and pepperoni stuffed crust and the whole pizza comes with a layer of crust on top! Not a thick layer, just enough to 'stuff' the pizza with delicious ingredients. They have pretty good mild/hot wings and they staff is always courteous. They messed up our order one time and we had driven to pick it up and didn't notice the mistake until we got home. We called them and they offered to deliver our order to us, no charge!“

“We stopped here on our way to visit friends in Michigan to get dinner. The manager was so fantastic and friendly. My son wanted ketchup with his wings, they weren’t busy so she had an employee run next door to get some. It was completely unnecessary as we were going to stop, but she was so thoughtful and wanted to ensure we’d get back on the road quickly. Her customer service was outstanding and much appreciated“

“Great customer service The sweet girl gave me a free 2 L because they slightly messed up my order. That's great customer service to make up for your wrongs and I appreciate it. They could use more seating because they only had like four chairs. And my pizza cupcakes were overcooked and not done on the inside But they were decent luckily it was just cheese only. Will be back because the pizza was slamming and on point“

“Stayed in Portage after visiting the Indiana Dunes. Ordered pizza to the hotel. Driver delivered directly to the room, the pizza was AMAZING! We also got the cherry dessert pizza which was the single best dessert pizza I’ve ever had (think warm gooey cherry cheesecake pizza)“
