I bought the 4 n 1 pizza sticks. should have been 4 pepperoni, 4 bacon and 8 cheese.
got 3 pepperoni, 3 bacon and 10 cheese.
I sent a picture and haven't heard a thing
Used to be good. The new owners there are terrible. Dry, cold, uneatable pizza with no sauce and little cheese. lost me us as customers.
I ordered directly from the store. My order was not complete. I was missing an order of Crazy Bread, sauce and Caesar sauce, a total of $4.88 plus tax. I called the store and they said they aren’t responsible for delivery service and gave me a number to call. I called the number and I was told I would be refunded 15% of my total bill, which was $23.40. That doesn’t even cover the total price of the food that was missing! What a joke! Little Caesars Pizza is a well-known restaurant that offers good food. The staff may sometimes struggle with handling orders correctly, leading to longer wait times. However, the manager at the Portage location is working to improve the situation. A recent Door Dasher pickup of 9 items found the staff to be pleasant, friendly, and polite, with the order ready ahead of the committed time. While the food's taste could not be rated, the reviewer was pleased with the quick pickup process. The dinner hour can be busy, resulting in a 30-minute wait, but the reviewer did not mind as they received a well-cooked pizza.
The restaurant's small size is noted, and the food quality is described as decent, with a thin-crust cheese pizza being the outcome instead of the intended order. The reviewer mentions missing the cheese packets, a common accompaniment. Despite these minor issues, the pizza was still considered edible and suitable for a quick, affordable meal.
The restaurant's customer service has also been praised, with a sweet staff member providing a free 2-liter soda to make up for a slight order mix-up. While seating is limited, the workers, such as Ian and Jamarion, are described as respectful, hardworking, and engaging, creating an overall positive experience for customers.
