Not sure why I haven't tried Phil B's before today but am I glad I finally did! I ordered a veggie egg white omelette, which was excellent ?. My husband ordered the lunch special, a chorizo burger. Came with a boatload of French fries prepared perfectly and served hot. Our server Anna, provided wonderful service. She was very attentive and my coffee cup was always full. Amazing food. Valpo's hidden gem. Everything is quality. The service is impeccable. People are so nice and so friendly. And the food is glorious. Seriously it's so good every time. It's our go-to breakfast spot.P.S. Ask for the Mexican menu.
