Not sure why I haven't tried Phil B's before today but am I glad I finally did! I ordered a veggie egg white omelette, which was excellent ?. My husband ordered the lunch special, a chorizo burger. Came with a boatload of French fries prepared perfectly and served hot. Our server Anna, provided wonderful service. She was very attentive and my coffee cup was always full. The entire staff were working hard and had a great team attitude! Sorry I failed to get a picture of our meal... I will next time. There will definitely be a next time and soon?

Amazing food. Valpo's hidden gem. Everything is quality. The service is impeccable. People are so nice and so friendly. And the food is glorious. Seriously it's so good every time. It's our go-to breakfast spot.P.S. Ask for the Mexican menu.

We heard this was rated best breakfast in valpo so we had to check it out! All 3 meals we ordered were just average. Don’t get me wrong- everything was hot and tasted good. But it was nothing special & did not stand out to us. I can see the locals liking this fresh hot breakfast place but it was not worth traveling to check it out.
