Every time we come to Portage, we’re met with smiles. Claudia is one of the nicest waitresses ever. Comes and checks on her customers regularly. 5 stars in my opinion.
I've always eaten here and really enjoy the food!! Today I had a whole breakfast catered to my school for my coworkers and believe me when I yell ya they were spot on!! Norm was a pleasure to work with, and went above and beyond! He was even early with the delivery!! It was delicious!! Thanks so much and keep rockin!!
Today we went to have lunch and I saw an older gentleman come in alone. In my head I’m sad thinking of what in his life has lead to him being alone. Then I see several of the staff go to the man and tell him they missed him, asked how he was, and were genuinely happy to see him. His smile when they walked away made my heart melt. This is the kind of customer service we need. These are the kind of humans we need in the world. Bravo to the staff at Tates ❤️
