The food was good, but the level of Service was above anything I've ever experienced in a fast food environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. It truly felt like they wanted everyone to have a great experience. I have to say that this location has it going on because before they opened I would have to go to the one in Griffith right off of Cline and they make you wait up to 45 minutes for your order even when you order it on the mobile app and the order is NEVER correct so it is an absolute pleasant surprise to have a million times better service at the new one on Grant. Thank you to the Grant store for restoring my faith in finding a well run Popeyes! Proper management is everything and it shows that you all have a fantastic manager. Great job guys!!!!“

“Our food was fresh, hot, and made to order. The menu reminds me of a KFC and Long John Silver’s, combined but without the speed, dining room, or drive-thru. There are plenty of park benches inside to sit at while you wait. Portions are very generous, so come hungry or plan to have leftovers.
