“Gretchen guy at the register was yelling out the amount I owed for everybody to hear and I was n OT even Finnish with my order the girl wasn't done making my sandwich and he yelled out 3 time's. Very rude & unprofessional I wont go back!“
“I usually don't go to this Subway, but I took a chance. It was cleaner than normal, the young lady was welcoming and acknowledged me right away. She called for assistance, as it got a little busy. An older lady came out to help. They were very low on banana ring peppers, and I asked if she had anymore. She said yes, and proceeded to go to the back for them. When she came back, she slipped and fell. She said she was ok, but she had to go and get more peppers. Even through all of that, and the pain I am sure she was in, she still serviced the customers as best she could. The service was WAY better than I've experienced in the past!?“
“The food was so delicious. I had a patty melt. This was my first time going. The staff were so nice and helped me to make my choice of the day. “Love this place. But was a little disappointed with this last trip. Maybe because it was on superbowl Sunday. But sandwich was soggy, they didn't even ask what I wanted on it. Tossed everything on because that's what it showed on the sign the 1 person told me. When I asked for stuff on my meatball sub was told nothing normally goes on it. But all in all, I do like this place. It was just one of those days.“
“I really want to love Penn Station but they make it hard. Refer to the otherwise delicious club sandwich with a single, lonely strip of bacon. A quick google search indicates most internet recipes for club sandwiches call for 2-3 strips of bacon, per sandwich.Other than that the sandwich was good, but not great because it was hard to get a proper bite of sandwich goodness with such a meager portion of delicious bacon. At Jersey Mikes they give you two slices but they are usually burnt. Why is it so difficult to find a tasty sandwich properly portioned? By the way what you see here (no drink) cost $14. Next time I want a club sandwich I will make it at home. $14 will buy enough ingredients for 4 sandwiches, as they say on the East Coast PILED HIGH.“
“Food is always freshThey're usually pretty busy around lunch time so the wait is a few extra minutes but worth it.The staff has improved greatly but the downside is they do not accept the coupons and have not for a long time so you will be paying full price for your subs.Also not open for breakfast like the others. This would be beneficial being so close to the train station ☺️“
“Was just there yesterday.. first thing I noticed was a bullet hole in the window oh two of them but ok... Sandwich was good only issue was the mayo they be packing it on. It's one worker with a great personality she over cool but when she's not there its terrible. I would go back and they let you use the coupons. Overall I've been to way more worse places and spent more money so I'm cool with it.“
