“On 3/9/25 we dined at your restaurant in Hobart. My daughter had a low blood sugar emergency while we were there. Your staff was so helpful and so kind to us they gave us a free cookie and a free drink so her blood sugar levels would go up. They were very attentive to us and kept asking if we needed anything else. Great team that was working that day. Please let them know that they are appreciated.“

“We've ordered a few times online. It's always done when we get there. Last trip was last night. Looks like they were short handed on staff. We ordered 4 sandwiches and arrived early. Expecting to wait. The person let us know they were working on them and asked us to pull forward. They worked quickly. The sandwiches were the best made that we've had. (Not saying that they've been bad before but they have been messy). The young man and woman working there last night (Thursday 9/11/25) were a great team. Hope their manager sees this and lets them know we're grateful to them both!“

“4-5-26 Andy, the manager at the Crown Point location, has the best customer service manners that I've seen in a long time. I had an issue where my card had been declined. He calmly let me know about the problem. My friend and I were able to get the amount of cash together to cover my bill. During that time he wasn't rude or snarky. Not even impatient. “This is the first time that I came to this restaurant I love that the area it was in was very clean. The food was very fulfilling. I thought the sandwich could’ve had a little bit more meat on it, but it made you full. It was more bread than meat. I also had the cheesy fries. They were good they gave you enough for your money‘s worth very tasty I will return to this restaurant in the future. I think them for such good Customer Service I just wanna let you know a good Customer Service goes a long way.“
