Ordered 4 sandwiches. The girl teenager working was really nice and informative. The other guy seemed like he was annoyed and didn't feel like working. I would tell him what I wanted on the sandwiches and just threw the stuff on. I said light mayo and he squeezed so much sauce on it. Had to scrap so much off when I got home. Ordered online and got 2 sandwiches, a drink and chips. After I was given my sandwiches, I explained to the employee that I also ordered a drink and chips. I asked if my chips were in the bag, employee said yes. After he got my drink, I asked again if the chips were in the bag and they said yes. Long story short, they weren't.
So the sandwiches I got were very good, can't complain about it, but there is only one problem I found something that shouldn't be inside of the wrapper. The first thing I saw when I opened up the wrapper was a small piece of glass right next to my sandwich. I double checked to be sure there was no more glass somewhere on my sandwich and I don't see anymore, but accidental or not, that alarmed me to the point I should be more careful of that Subway place next time.
