Subway, a popular sandwich shop, is known for its good sandwiches that are not just thrown together. The employees are generally very nice and compassionate, as evidenced by one customer's experience where they went out of their way to assist a customer on crutches with their online order. However, the quality of service can be inconsistent, with one customer reporting a less than satisfactory experience with an employee who seemed annoyed and did not follow the customer's instructions for the sandwich. Despite the mixed experiences, Subway remains a go-to option for many, though some customers prefer to make their own sandwiches at home due to the high cost of the pre-made options.
