“This use to be a great Arby's, but lately they have been running out of things. Tonight I decided to stop and pick up some sandwiches at 11pm and they were already closed. They went from being 24/7 to closing at 12 am, but are closed before that now. I know the pandemic screwed things up, but to keep changing your time and closing earlier.“

“I’ve been to this McDonalds since I’ve lived here the past 7 months and they are amazing to my entire family the lady at the back window always converses with my grandma so nice. Then not to mention when I’m on my own when I come but this last time they accidentally gave me two of the sandwiches I ordered both fresh. I walked in like you guys gave me two and only thing Missed was the hash brown they they said you can keep the sandwich’s don’t worry we got the hash brown very friendly clean customer service down pact it’s definitely appreciated 🙏🙂“

“On 3/9/25 we dined at your restaurant in Hobart. My daughter had a low blood sugar emergency while we were there. Your staff was so helpful and so kind to us they gave us a free cookie and a free drink so her blood sugar levels would go up. They were very attentive to us and kept asking if we needed anything else. Great team that was working that day. Please let them know that they are appreciated.“

“We've ordered a few times online. It's always done when we get there. Last trip was last night. Looks like they were short handed on staff. We ordered 4 sandwiches and arrived early. Expecting to wait. The person let us know they were working on them and asked us to pull forward. They worked quickly. The sandwiches were the best made that we've had. (Not saying that they've been bad before but they have been messy). The young man and woman working there last night (Thursday 9/11/25) were a great team. Hope their manager sees this and lets them know we're grateful to them both!“

“Just visited. Brady took my order and was extremely helpful. He was patient with my indecision on ordering and very knowledgeable on everything I asked about the menu. Za Hara was busy in the dining area. She was cleaning the tables, organizing the chairs, and stocking the customer essentials (lids, napkins, dusselldorf). These two individuals are hopefully considered vital team members of White Castle. I hope the owner considers them for promotion at the most, raise at the least.“
