“Stopped by here yesterday to get myself a butter burger and was annoyed to find out I was charged $0.40 for condiments. Sorry but what? When did I have to start paying for my ketchup for my fries? Who doesn’t eat fries with condiments? Ridiculous.The burger was delicious as always and I enjoyed my flavor of the day. I’ll obviously still return because I love the food; but just an annoying observation I found on my receipt over my ketchup request.“

“Very good food, but what made our visit so special was Michael. He is so helpful and happy. His happiness is so contagious. We had just come in on a redeye flight. We were all (6 of us), tired and weary of traveling. His infectious happiness really lifted us up. He is a real asset to your store. I see why he has been chosen as employee of the month before. He was MORE than happy to get us anything we needed. eg. To go containers, forks, tarter sauce, napkins and so on. Kudos to management for giving this friendly guy the opportunity to shine. “Sub was great....waiting while it was being made was incredible, unorganized. One person started our subs, and then someone was making a pickup, then the person who started our subs was just standing by the register for a couple of minutes without finishing mine while it sat next to the gal making the pickup subs. Then he said something about if that was my sub, and I said yes, I need to pay for the two subs. Oh, you're together. Then, in front of all the customers, the one employee had to announce there was a bus that pulled in a oh great we have more people to help.I'm pretty sure my daughter and I were in there for at least 10min.“

I got there to pick up an order, and before I even walked in, my car door swung back and hit me in my face so I walked in the door with a huge cut. “We went for Valentine's Day. We do go at other times as well. My husband and I love the food. Items we enjoy are regular sliders, the fish sliders, when they have them the sloppy joe sliders, fish nibblers, their fries, mozzarella sticks and when they have the shrimp nibblers and clam strips. I am not a fan of their desserts especially since they switched from the chocolate covered cheesecake to the strawberry swirl cheesecake. The strawberry to me is not as good as the chocolate covered was. They do have decent shakes, however me personally would love them to be thicker. Lastly I think they are faster service wise if you order through the app or in store. The drive thru is too slow for my preference. But, I believe most people would enjoy a visit. Good deals and depending on what you order you can easily feed a family of 4.“
“He went through the drive-thru at about 7:00 on a friday. We ordered a 12 piece family meal and waited about 15 minutes for them to cook it off fresh. It was the typical greasy Long John Silver's food that we new wasn't any different but decided to try anyways. The people were super nice, but it's just the typical ljs.“

I ALWAYS get good mystery items such as a blizzard, sundae & s shake! It's all frozen but so what? Just sit it out to defrost and/or put in microwave for 11 seconds on high. “I wouldn't go out of my way to review a Subway but had to make note of this one.There was only one person working during a busy lunch rush and I'll admit, I was annoyed as we were on a time crunch and this was the closest lunch spot to our location at the time.But the woman working did an exceptional job keeping herself calm and collected and for a Subway sandwich, it was made beyond our expectations. She didn't skimp or hurry through the process and it was an overall, very well made sandwich, better than I was expecting. So just had to come here and give her kudos for going above and beyond our expectations for what to expect from a Subway in a gas station.Honestly, all the employees both in Subway and Luke's were beyond friendly. Wouldn't think twice about stopping in here again.“

“Very fast drive thru. I always go to the Hobart location because the Portage location is always out of stock of basic items and takes about 10 minutes for each car there. Love the Hobart location. “I love this location. They make the best in my opinion. I was questioning the tip thing a lot for picking up. I guilted myself into it thinking if I don’t, might not have good food. They left out two cookies and a coke. Although I’m sure I should have grabbed the coke. They saw me standing around weird. But I didn’t see it on the list attached to my order. So I left. Looked back at my order on app. And there was a coke. Just for people who feel they might need to tip for excellent service. I don’t think so. Tipping has gotten crazy. Just my experience though. “This is the first review I have ever left and I feel it’s necessary because of the great service I have received! On 7/5 I went to get some Ice cream in the middle of heavy rain and doing so my truck was getting soaked. The lady at the window was really nice and handed me some napkins without even asking to wipe the water from my truck. I’ve been a lot of places all over the country in my life and not once have I been given something to keep my vehicle dry in the rain. “I drive over a half hour each way just to come here. Best gyro you'll ever eat! I recommend the gyro plate. It comes with 2 pita breads, a generous portion of delicious premium gyro meat, feta cheese, and tomatoes and onions. It also comes with a very tasty tzatziki sauce on the side. This will definitely fill you up. The rib tip dinner is another favorite of mine. Great prices for the quality of meals they offer. Nice, quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff. Quick service. A great place to sit down for a nice meal, and they have carry out available as well. Stop by if you're in the area and give it a try. They have many other great food options beyond what I mentioned. There is something here for everyone, even picky eaters.“
“Great location! Staff are really nice! We got a cake for our friends birthday here and it was amazing! The only down side is they don’t have deep fryers so they have a limited menu but I love stopping by in the summer for ice cream. They have a few picnic tables to sit on outside and it’s a really nice area.“
“Came in to the Pilot on the way home from Brookfield zoo. I've been here several times over the years and the bathrooms have consistently been clean. Being a day trip person, having a spot to go where I know the bathrooms are clean is a must. Pilot stations tend to be consistently clean and they have showers (usually for truckers but I don't think it is exclusively for truckers). The Pilot has lots of snacks including prepackaged, hot meals, and drinks. If you want something more than that, this location also has a Subway and a McDonald's to get you through. Whether you need gas, a bathroom, or even a snack, this gas station is a fine choice.“
