Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen at this location offers a generally positive dining experience. Customers praise the staff for being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, with the restaurant’s cleanliness in the bathroom, lobby, and parking lot also earning compliments. Many appreciate the quick service and the effort to provide extra napkins, honey, and sauces. Several reviews highlight the quality of the food, especially the hot and juicy chicken, with particular praise for the 5pc tender box and the freshness of their fries. Some mention that their wings and fries are consistently prepared to their liking, with staff accommodating special requests, such as ensuring wings are fresh and covered just right.
However, not all reviews are perfect; some customers note that the biscuits and chicken at this location are not as good as expected, describing the quality as only so-so. Despite this, the overall impression is positive, especially when the staff and management demonstrate good service and cleanliness. The location is appreciated for its newness and convenient proximity, with many customers expressing loyalty and willingness to return if the same level of service and quality continue. Overall, this Popeyes is recognized for excellent customer service, fresh food, and a clean environment, making it a recommended spot for fried chicken lovers.
