The service was disorganized between people taking in-house and drive through orders. The staff who helped us didn’t listen to our order and made our sub incorrectly. Then at payment we were told coupons aren’t accepted before 4pm? Never experienced that before. Very strange visit overall.
Sub was great....waiting while it was being made was incredible, unorganized. One person started our subs, and then someone was making a pickup, then the person who started our subs was just standing by the register for a couple of minutes without finishing mine while it sat next to the gal making the pickup subs.
