Super cheap owner. Abusive to workers:/ Screaming at workers over vegetable portions on customers' sandwiches. Screamed at workers in front of me. What does the one tomato slice save you?!

I asked for tomatoes out of the second bin sitting in the case because the others looked wet & mushy. The store manager refused to take tomatoes out of the second bin because they "needed to use the old tomatoes". Explain that's why I wanted the fresh ones, old tomatoes looked old and gross. She refused and at that point I left without purchasing a sandwich.

The service was disorganized between people taking in-house and drive through orders. The staff who helped us didn’t listen to our order and made our sub incorrectly. Then at payment we were told coupons aren’t accepted before 4pm? Never experienced that before. Very strange visit overall.

Sub was great....waiting while it was being made was incredible, unorganized. One person started our subs, and then someone was making a pickup, then the person who started our subs was just standing by the register for a couple of minutes without finishing mine while it sat next to the gal making the pickup subs. Then he said something about if that was my sub, and I said yes, I need to pay for the two subs. Oh, you're together. Then, in front of all the customers, the one employee had to announce there was a bus that pulled in a oh great we have more people to help.I'm pretty sure my daughter and I were in there for at least 10min.

AMAZING!!!! I work in fast food myself and have managed at Menards for 3 years , Chick-fil-A, and McDonalds. I ordered a sandwich during a rush and saw nothing but calm, smiling faces. The manager on duty was amazing! Clear, direct, supportive, and all around wonderful! This location is by far the best Subway I've ever been too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Pay them a visit they definitely deserve the business.

The host orders id was: ssc408s48cjnt 972. She was incredibly disrespectful to me when we were in the drive thru. Spoke to us in a way that was incredibly horrific. She yelled at us through the speakers to slow down and we were incredibly respectful the entire time and even apologized after. It was absolutely ridiculous. This worker was awful.

Ordered three sandwiches on 6/28 around 5:40pm. After arriving to our hotel which was literally not even 5min away we noticed one sandwich was missing. Called Subway and the lady used these exact words “well I don’t know what happened but I’m the one that packed them and I know I put it in there. So you probably misplaced it.” So I looked all over our car and still no sandwich. There was another coworker that came up to her with another sub when we were there so I assume she got distracted and put our sub with another customers sub. I didn’t have the time nor energy to call back and argue with this lady that had an attitude and obviously didn’t want to take blame for anything. Would definitely not recommend this subway.

The food is great, was a decent stop if not for the manager being rude with his employee in front of customers. Whats the point of having so many employees if staff will go far enough to make them cry.
