“Went here literally 15 minutes before close and 1 ALL STAR MANAGER was on duty working made our experience fantastic! Everything was made to perfection, every ingredient was stocked and perfectly displayed they looked way better than ive seen at any store just fresh and perfect, was beyond great with his up beat attitude and just made the trip worth reviewing.. for a subway... great attitude can make the whole experience that much better. Couldn't ask for better staff and never once mentioned how close to quitting time it was or how specific or large our order was! Will definitely choose this store out of my way over even my local options. 20/10 beyond a 5 star visit!“
“We were heading out of the area and back to South Bend yesterday and I was so thankful for the service we got. My son couldn’t see past the ice cream but the employee (I didn’t get her name but she had red hair) was so patient and helped him figure out what he wanted. “Morning/afternoon cashier is very thorough and prompt with taking my order and even tosses out the offer to include a cheese cup for my fries. I always forget to order it and she reminds me all the time. Great worker great services. Even works on her day off. Very reliable and dedicated. Good job! Food is always good as well.“

“I don’t get to come here often because of the price. The food is always amazing though. Always fast and friendly service. Sometimes it’s a little annoying having to dig my burger out from under the extra fries they throw on top but hell, it’s worth it.“
“First time here. Good was great. Hot and fresh. The service is not so great. Had to wait over 15 minutes, and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Car in the middle got their food and had to wait another 10 minutes before they could even pull out. The first car still hadn't gotten their food. Priorities are backwards.“

“Its not often I go to an Arby's, but when I do it's usually a family get together or a special occasion. Coming to a city we are not usually in, we thought it best to order ahead for the large order. I signed up for an Arby's account and was going to utilize the 25% off your first order offer online. I have 2 gripes with the online order system. 1 is you can't order more than 5 of the same item. I had alot of sandwiches to order, so to be limited in this way was inconvenient. To work around I order larger sandwiches, we all love the beef and cheddars. 2 was after finally getting the order ready I was unable to complete my order as it could not submit it and said there was an error. Thinking it was my phone's signal on the road, I phoned a friend and had them log into my account and try to send the order through. Still, unable to complete the order. Around this time we actually arrived at the restaurant already, so much time passed just trying to get the order submitted.I entered the store and spoke with Daniel. He helped to turn around our negative experience and make it a positive one! Although he couldn't help us directly with with the online order he quickly took our order and gave us a discount for the inconvenience, not as large as the online's 25% off but I was very satisfied with what he was able to do. It then seemed like the whole store kicked into high gear and managed to get my order made in a flash! I was worried it would take a long time given the size of our order. The order was different from what we tried to order online since we could actually order more than 5 of any item and it was accurate, hot, and fresh!Thank you Daniel and to all at the Michigan City Arby's! You all helped keep a special get together special while also quickly dissipating our frustrations.I would recommend the physical store over the online order system hands down.“
“Great restaurant, crew was friendly and took order quickly. Waiting for my order could see it sit on the back counter filled by one individual then minutes later another one that was taking orders outside gave me the order. Why didn't those that filled it just turn around to give it to me?“
“First time having the sliders. They were only $1 when ordering on the app. I just wanted something small. I got a Buffalo Chicken and a jalapeño roast beef slider. Filled me up and didn’t cost much. I would have a hard time paying regular price due to their smaller size, but I might because they were great.“
“I wouldn't go out of my way to review a Subway but had to make note of this one.There was only one person working during a busy lunch rush and I'll admit, I was annoyed as we were on a time crunch and this was the closest lunch spot to our location at the time.But the woman working did an exceptional job keeping herself calm and collected and for a Subway sandwich, it was made beyond our expectations. She didn't skimp or hurry through the process and it was an overall, very well made sandwich, better than I was expecting. So just had to come here and give her kudos for going above and beyond our expectations for what to expect from a Subway in a gas station.Honestly, all the employees both in Subway and Luke's were beyond friendly. Wouldn't think twice about stopping in here again.“

“When I opened the door the smell of bleach hit me in the face and I started coughing because of it. I was not able to sit and enjoy my food due to me coughing so I had to eat my food in my car. I talked with the manager and informed her that she can disinfect with white vinegar and it is much cheaper than bleach. I hope cooperate reads these comments and changing from bleach to vinegar to disinfect.“
“I love this location. They make the best in my opinion. I was questioning the tip thing a lot for picking up. I guilted myself into it thinking if I don’t, might not have good food. They left out two cookies and a coke. Although I’m sure I should have grabbed the coke. They saw me standing around weird. But I didn’t see it on the list attached to my order. So I left. Looked back at my order on app. And there was a coke. Just for people who feel they might need to tip for excellent service. I don’t think so. Tipping has gotten crazy. Just my experience though. “A typical, classic Jimmy John's location. When sandwiches are done right, they're heavenly. I never had a problem with this location versus others. In fact, it's on average better than most I've been to. ?Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich.Parking: A few potholes and limited space given its location.“
“Stoped for dinner on my way home from buying a new car from Pearl Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Peotone, IL. I was greeted at the front counter a, “What can I get for you, Sir?” Incredibly polite staff and customers. I was called, Sir, more than once. I had a roast beef sandwich, fries and a diet coke. Think I paid about $12. The only negative is the parking lot needs better lighting.Parking: Needs better lighting“

A bit expensive but there's plenty of coupons you can access on the mobile app. I'd definitely recommend stopping here if you are a local or VU student“

I use to go to the dairy queen but the took it out. Basically fuel and a Hot dog, and drink. Any more then that. I go to the Burger King next door to the SpeedWay. Don't care for BK either though.“
“Chesterton Pizza Hut is the best Pizza Hut. I had not purchased from Pizza Hut in a decade because of bad service, bad pizza, etc from several other locations in Northwest Indiana but once I gave the Chesterton Pizza Hut a chance, they did not disappoint.“
“I would have gave this McDonalds 5 stars however every time I go there then there is an issue with the slushy machine. Like right now they claim that it is broken down and they are waiting for new parts. Before that it was always something like “I’m sorry we don’t have this flavor right now would you like to try another one” or “we are cleaning this right now so it’s down”! Whatever!!! I’m so over it because it’s always the same excuse! It’s now been at least two weeks since the slushy machine has been down and I’m curious how long it takes to get that part fixed. Other than that the food is good and the fry’s are usually hot.“
