“I come here all the time and the store is very clean compared to a lot of Chicago subway stores. Sheetal is a hard worker and a people person and you will see her if you come here. She's working here everyday. No flies in the store compared to a lot of Chicago subway stores. Sheetal really took my breath away.“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

“First of all, the staff at this particular location need a raise, Because they actually understand customer service. I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

“The #12 Beach Club and the Ultimate Italian are favorites of ours. Ordering online couldn't be easier and I like that I can customize each sandwich easily. I love that I don't have to open every sandwich to find out which one it is. You can tell them who the sandwich is for and they will write their name on the wrapper. My order is always ready and waiting for me when I arrive.“

“Jay at the counter was amazing! We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. “I always get my favorite sandwich the cold cut trio and today I decided to go with Italian herbs and cheese bread and they did not disappoint. I really enjoyed using my subway coupon, which gave me no trouble, and the ladies there were polite and very helpful. Inside is clean and neat, and the veggies looked great this time. They must have fixed the temperature gage in the cooler under the veggies, because at on point they were getting freezer burn, and I had stopped going. But I returned and yes they have it all fixed. I'll be back to this subway for sure ?“

“I've never been to a Subway before so I was a little nervous about ordering. I entered the building and was greeted by a young man named Brayden. I think he could tell I was a little nervous about ordering so he went through the entire menu with me, ranking each sub from his favorite to least favorite. Then he told me all of the different variations they can do...I was astounded 😳! I was ordering for my 3 kids and wasn't sure what subs to order them. Brayden asked me about each kid and then suggested which subs they'd like based on their personalities. Well....he was right!!!! My kids LOVED what he picked out for them. While I was getting ready to pay he asked if I wanted chips and a drink. I said I wasn't sure so he suggested which chips and drinks would pair well with each sandwich!!! He was right again! To say I was impressed would be an understatement.“

“The service was phenomenal. The person serving us for an excellent job making the sandwiches, and even letting us know that the bread was a little burnt, he also told us we can come tomorrow to have it remade for free if we don't like it. Very friendly, will most certainly be going back!“

“The service and atmosphere are pure Subway, ok, and clean. This stores's bathroom is off limits still. But I like the sandwiches I've had there. I stick with the hot sandwiches, particularly the chicken. The chicken is real roasted chicken, and there is an ample amount of it on the sandwich. The bread they use isn't high end french, but it is fresh. The flatbread is pretty good also. Good enough that I bought some at the grocery store. Some Subways will sell an extra bread, but this one won't. The cookies are good too. There is a good deal if you add a bottle of soda, a bag of chips and a cookie. A well rounded meal! My store is open until 1 am, so it's a quick, easy late night meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's doable, but not easy. The door is in a well, and slightly uphill. If you're alone, you have to open the door, come around the corner while keeping the door open, and over the threshold. It's a pain, and easier if you're with someone. Supposedly the staff will help, but they've never offered, and it's hard for them to see you. I guess you could call if you had your phone, but it nullifies the purpose of being ADA compliant.“

“The sandwich was really good very flavorful, and the sauce is really good however the potato did not have a lot of toppings on there so it would have been a little bit better if they had a little bit more on there because the potato is not seasoned just by itself. Overall I give it a 8 out of 10.“

“This is my family favorite spot. My son always order a foot king wheat bread sandwich when ham and turkey. No cheese. Add lettuce and lots of pickles. Don't forget the sarachi sauce. My husband enjoys the meatball subs and give me the nacho. I can buy every one of their miss Vickie salt and vinegar chips 😋 Top it off with a raspberry tea.“

“I visited Subway yesterday morning and was pleasantly surprised by the service. A hijabi girl, I believe her name is Naina, was working the morning shift—she was excellent with her communication and very polite. She made my food patiently, just the way I wanted, and gave outstanding customer service. I’ve been here many times before and had unpleasant experiences with two Gujarati male staff who were rude and struggled to communicate clearly. Naina, however, made my visit enjoyable, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. Subway should have more hardworking and customer-friendly staff like her.“

“I personally am pleased with the crete subway especially in comparison with the south chicago heights one, but, I was delivered someone elses food on 7/30/26 at 9:05 pm. I have ring cameras so I saw the man walked to my door, bent down and left a package. I waited for him to leave because I don't open my door when not expecting anyone. It was subway sandwiches/2 of them in a bag. I brought them inside and called crete subway right away. after many rings, no answer. so beings I had nothing better to do, and on the receipt someone else bought these sandwiches for someone else, I wanted to tell the subway employees the bag was unopened and they could come back for it and deliver it to the right hungry person. Of course without anyone answering the phone for 25 minutes that didn't happen. I don't eat turkey so guess what happened to those two sandwiches? no business should run without phone service and no business should put up with employees not answering the phone. You are open until 930 and orders should be taken up to that time, not clean up and don't answer the phone. Sad someone might have been not feeling well and didn't eat last night because of a wrong delivery and non answered phone.“

“They don't have warm subs like other places, but they're fast, courteous, and delicious every single time that I order! I actually stopped going to Subway, because the service is far better at Jimmy John's. Delivery or takeout, I've never had an issue.“

I ordered a 30 pack of sandwiches with some unique requests of unwiches, veggie wrapped separately, with only a couple hour notice. Person who took the order was professional and confirmed everything before hanging up. Showed up right when sandwiches were supposed to be ready, and they were. Everything was prepared and wrapped correctly. Person who rang me up was professional, and sandwiches weee great.“
