“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

“Healthy food before I was inside Walmart. On Western in Illinois? And it was pretty tasty. Then I see that I ran across the one that was in my neighborhood at first it didn't grab at me and then I was like, where did I see that sign before so I went in got me a nice order wings in a small Cheesesteak very tasty. “I always get my favorite sandwich the cold cut trio and today I decided to go with Italian herbs and cheese bread and they did not disappoint. I really enjoyed using my subway coupon, which gave me no trouble, and the ladies there were polite and very helpful. Inside is clean and neat, and the veggies looked great this time. They must have fixed the temperature gage in the cooler under the veggies, because at on point they were getting freezer burn, and I had stopped going. But I returned and yes they have it all fixed. “Was just there yesterday.. first thing I noticed was a bullet hole in the window oh two of them but ok... Sandwich was good only issue was the mayo they be packing it on. It's one worker with a great personality she over cool but when she's not there its terrible. I would go back and they let you use the coupons. Overall I've been to way more worse places and spent more money so I'm cool with it.“

“Food is always freshThey're usually pretty busy around lunch time so the wait is a few extra minutes but worth it.The staff has improved greatly but the downside is they do not accept the coupons and have not for a long time so you will be paying full price for your subs.Also not open for breakfast like the others. “This Subway restaurant was like any other, however, I had to deduct 2 stars because the roof must have a leak, as water was dripping down by the outside windows near where my kids and I were sitting.

Thankfully, a television in the restaurant was playing the episode of the A-Team where thugs are threatening Mr T's mom, and trying to scare her out of her apartment. This was more than enough to distract me from any inbound water.“

“Ro was amazing!!! I went at a time where the line was very long ( 6/7 ppl ) she had coworkers in the back I noticed however none of them came to assist her. She made sandwiches and rang out each customer at the register as well as washed her hands in between. She was quick and professional. She didn’t complain. She kept a smile on her face and she greeted everyone as if she wasn’t swamped with customers. I’m old school so customer service is a big thing for me. “The service and atmosphere are pure Subway, ok, and clean. This stores's bathroom is off limits still. But I like the sandwiches I've had there. I stick with the hot sandwiches, particularly the chicken. The chicken is real roasted chicken, and there is an ample amount of it on the sandwich. The bread they use isn't high end french, but it is fresh. The flatbread is pretty good also. Good enough that I bought some at the grocery store. Some Subways will sell an extra bread, but this one won't. The cookies are good too. There is a good deal if you add a bottle of soda, a bag of chips and a cookie. A well rounded meal! My store is open until 1 am, so it's a quick, easy late night meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's doable, but not easy. The door is in a well, and slightly uphill. If you're alone, you have to open the door, come around the corner while keeping the door open, and over the threshold. It's a pain, and easier if you're with someone. Supposedly the staff will help, but they've never offered, and it's hard for them to see you. I guess you could call if you had your phone, but it nullifies the purpose of being ADA compliant.“

“Went to grab lunch for my mother and I after church. At first seemed kinda dreary, but the gentleman making my sandwiches was very kind. We exchanged nice conversations back and forth and saw him and his coworker kidding around together (I personally love seeing that so long as they can still work and don't overstep, nothing wrong with having fun at work.) While getting rung up, he realized he forgot to put bacon on my sandwich, and apologized profusely and the other coworker even offered to warm some bacon up and put it in a separate bag so I could put it on my sandwich when I got home. I told them, hey no big deal it happens, and not to worry bout it. They were very appreciative and kind and even gave me a discount for their mistake. The workers were really kind and the food, of course, still good :) always enjoy going to a place especially with such a friendly atmosphere ?“
