“I was so impressed with Benjamin. He was the only employee on duty and other staff person failed to show up for work. But that didn’t stop Benjamin from serving each person with attention and calmness as each order was requested. After about 20 minutes, I asked if he was the only person on staff, he responded yes. He constantly addressed the line saying thank you and I’ll be with you shortly.Several things impressed me about this young man (he appeared he was in high school age):1. He saw people come in and wait for a few minutes then abruptly leave but he remained focused on the order and customer he had before him2. A man who came into the store begging the patrons for money, Benjamin kindly ask the man to leave. The man began to challenged Benjamin’s request. Benjamin maintained his request and again kindly ask the man to leave via instructions from his manager (who wasn’t there either). Another customer quickly stepped in and asked the man what he wanted to eat and drink (of course we were approached by the same man early and he declined the purchase of food instead he wanted money), he purchased food and drink for him with understanding he would leave the premises. As the man waited for his food, he spoke aggressively to Benjamin. I’m not sure what he said but Benjamin’s response was that he was following the directive of his manager. Finally the man left with his sandwich and drink in hand.Though Benjamin is young, he handled himself as a mature professional man! I applaud his commitment to his employer, the customers and his work ethic! I’m sure Subway is ONLY paying this SUPERIOR employee minimum wage (shame on them)! Not only should he receive a significant pay increase but also a big bonus!!! He not only represented Subway magnificently but serious kudos to his parents for raising an ethical upstanding young man.BTW, I had #12 and it was fantastic!!!!“
“I can't say enough about Jodis about Jodis.Jodi and Brian are the best.They have a great staff and their subs are some of the best I've ever had.I reach out to Jodi regularly for large orders to feed my customers. She always takes great care of me and my customers. Jodis subs are by far a favorite amongst my customers. They always looks forward to me coming when I'm bringing Jodis for lunch.Oh and their Italian Ice and Angus Burger are simply amazing!!!Give them a tryYou won't regret it!!!“

“Tried this place for the first time today because I didn’t wanna go all the way to the city to the original Home of the Hoagy and wait forever & stop at an atm to get cash? I googled “Hoagies near me” and Fitches was the first to pop up! They’re definitely my new favorite! The hoagies were so fresh and delicious and the sweet steak was good and tender. “UPDATE, 1/28/24:Management from Wings Galore reached out to me after I posted the review below. Because they value their customers, they wanted to make up for the bad experience we had. Tonight we had a complimentary meal from Wings Galore, and I must say, it did not disappoint. We had the teriyaki wings with chicken fried rice, it was delicious! Topped it off with a glass of their famous lemonade, it hit the spot!Wings Galore - Thank you so much for your kind consideration. It is much appreciated.Sigh. Used to be such a nice place. This last order was terrible.We ordered the beef fried rice with lemon pepper wings. They forgot to give us the wings. They weren't busy. We called, they said come on back and we will give you 12 wings (instead of the 8 which come with your order) to make up for our mistake. When we went back, they gave us the usual 8 wings, not the 12 they offered. So they made another mistake correcting their mistake.I'm done. We can no longer order their wings with barbecue sauce because even the MILD sauce is much too hot for us. When we asked them to hold the sauce, they said they cannot because their supplier puts the sauce on the wings, they don't do their own sauce. So we started ordering the lemon pepper wings instead. Our container of wings had some kind of liquid in the bottom of it that was laden with salt. Sort of a salt brine. The wings that were soaking it were inedible. Nobody uses that much salt.“
“Coming from Texas and finding a place in Chicago area that has really good tacos I was surprised. The al pastor tacos were amazing and the hot sauce was very good , small amout of kick with smooth taste. And the prices are very good for what you get.“

“Yes folks, Shugga Shack, is ALL THAT!! I generally get the Sweet Steak sandwich (chopped steak) with fries and sauce on the fries. They are compared to another establishment in the city. I think Shugga is way better. And I do mean way better overall. The food is very good, the device is good. But even better...THEY take your order over the phone and it's ready when you get there!!!! WOW what a concept (sorry lol shade for the other place). But yes, give them a try. Think it will be your go to for a Sweet Steak Sandwich!!!“
“I attended a birthday celebration from out of state. One of the items served was tuna sandwiches from this establishment. It was so good that I stopped by the location to buy some to take home.
